It doesn't affect some people. Power don't increase after a certain age. I have been a heavy computer user since 2006- and past 7 years daily 10+ hours. No issues with eyesight. Wearing blue-light blocking glasses for last 3 years though(not all the time). For basic eye care, get the nutrition in check and always wear some kind of protection while using screens for long periods

my experience with macbook sucks doesnt work properly over 35r degree celcius so in india its not recommended atleast from my side better if you invest for some other strong brand like dell and asus
