I've spent a lot of time in Mulege. I haven't been in a couple years, though. There is no shortage of things to keep from getting down there.

I'm on the way down the Pacific coast of the USA right now just HATING it, this makes me think there might be an eventual respite from the constant rocking at anchor and steep short period seas during the day.

At the 20:00 minute mark, yes that is the old jail. But they still have one cell that they use for holding drunks, &etc -- small town troubles.
