Alcatraz Island: A Haunted Tour
Вставка
- Опубліковано 3 лис 2021
- Alcatraz Island in San Francisco was one of the most notorious federal penitentiaries in the nation. It's where they sent criminals that were too dangerous for other penitentiaries! Now a national park, over a million visitors flock to this desolate island each year to tour the prison complex remains and hear frightful fables about the residents. For this special Halloween edition, I'll take you on a terrifying tour through the history of Alcatraz and what make it the perfect horrifying haunt.

Just wanted to say, your content is really good and I am surprised you haven't blown up yet.
Yay you're back 😊! Hope all is well
Thanks! Hope to start making more vids as things re-open. Hope you’ve been thriving :)
nice to see you back !
Thank you!
Hi, I just found your channel, recommended by UA-cam, actually. Good vid, I see you have stopped making videos, hope you come back because I just subscribed. BTW I use to live in SF.
Just found your channel as I was looking for suggestions for my upcoming trip to San Francisco. I absolutely love your content. It's smart, informative and delivered with a bright and cheerful manner. I hope you are well. What new ventures are you up to lately? Thanks for all this lovely commentary and insight into this wonderful city. I can't wait to visit. Take care.
Thank you for another great video.
😊
Hello, what happened to you? I am hoping that making videos was not just a Covid thing to fill your time. I know a lot of people were a lot more active then and now real life has settled back in with a hectic routine. Hope all is well and hope to see more content soon!
It's been a while since I last came back, but you've been on my mind constantly. Please, won't you come back? :)
Always love your content!! I got to visit Alcatraz last year
Nice! It was probably pretty empty last year still.
Zeene InRealLife it was riiiight before covid hit (January 2020) so it was quite packed 😵💫
I love this!!!
awesome tour🤩
Thank you! 🙏
Thank you for the new video
👍
So nice to see you back:) this brings back memories from my trip there in 2019 (aaaah 2019!)
Oh yes! 2019. Seems ages ago.
Me too Daniel! I visited also in 2019. I took the tour on Alcatraz I was walking the grounds when I found a under passage. I went down there and found a basement with things written on the walls of the time when the indians were present on the island, It was so interesting but the energy down there was soo creepy! I took my phone out quick and wanted to get a quick pic of down there from both ends and I was with my husband and I asked him to step aside quick so I could get the shot and I just got the urge to get out of there and go back up, so I didn't look at the pictures until later in the photo I got a side of my husbands body to the right in the pic because he didn't move all the way in time and a WHOLE human figure walking the opposite way 😳 I didn't believe until then. I'm still freaked out but the experience was awesome! I would love to do it again lol sorry for this long message just thought I should share my spooky night on Alcatraz 2019 was a good year to visit! And I also love your videos Zeene! I found alot of good spots to try because of you! Thank you ❤
@@jenniferdelatorre9383 That’s pretty spooky! I got chills…
Where have you been? Hope all is well. I know the fallout from Covid hit our City hard so it's understandable if the limited amount of topics available caused you to hit the pause button. Hoping to see you with new content in my feed soon! Sidenote- I've lived in SF since '98 and I'm visiting Alcatraz for the first time, in a couple of weeks. Doing the night tour of course!
I just got back from SF and everything seems to be all good.
I miss my good friend .I went to all places you took me couple of years ago
Good to see another video! Loved it. Would you consider making the font larger on the next video??
Hi Kathy! You mean for the subtitles right? Sure!
@@ZeeneInRealLife Yes, sorry, I should have said fonts for the subtitles!!! Much appreciated!!
Welcome back to UA-cam Land!
Thanks!
I hope that you are doing well. I really miss your videos!
I had the good fortune to have won a couple tickets for the night tour back in December of 2019. I'd been there a couple times during the day but the night tour definitely felt...different. Didn't get any pics or videos of any ghosts though. Maybe it was because we tended to stay with the crowd of other people there too.
@thedoneeye pretty spooky being there on your own in the twilight!
😂. Great stuff! Loving your content, new sub here! We will be in San Fran Dec 16 for 24 hrs and 27th for 24 hrs.. should we see Alcatraz or just eat the whole time? Staying on the border of Chinatown/financial district!
Hey there! That's a tough one. It depends on what kind of traveler you are. Some people love seeing the big cultural landmarks and some people like immersing themselves into local life. So if you are the first kind, yes, definitely see Alcatraz, Fisherman's Wharf, Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown. If the second kind, you could easily fill up two days walking the city's many diverse neighborhoods and can skip Alcatraz. I would hit day 1: North Beach/Chinatown, Union Square, the Mission District, the Castro, Haight Ashbury, day 2: Sunset, Land's End and Marina/Cow Hollow. If you have questions about anything, I'm happy to help you with your itinerary. :)
@@ZeeneInRealLife will ask if we have questions! Thank you so much! Yes, we like the culture and food side more than touristy stuff. Normally we leave the country every year to Asia but that hasn’t happened for 3 years now☹️. Thanks again for your videos!
How are you?today your video such a great picture...very famous movie gad father gangster prisoner alcapone and so many prisoners movie actors movie i remember...very exciting for you my teacher...
Hello my friend! Hope you are doing well. :)
my daughter and I were in Fishermans Wharf on that day! How did i miss seeing you?
:) I filmed this two Fridays prior to Halloween!
Please return we all miss you.
What happened?
@@Johnnyy832I have no idea, Zeene has left the building and gone to UA-cam heaven. 😢
Hey Zeene from India
Hope your doing good,
When is your next video?
Hi Pavan, I've stopped making videos for the time being. I am in the process of overhauling my channel and trying to decide the new creative direction for it (looking to get out from behind the camera and focus on producing content). Any feedback welcome!
Zeene Breaking into Alcatraz Coming Soon Summer 2022
😂
Nice topic but I can hardly understand you with that mask on and the constant background music
i like your content but your delivery is a little disconcerting. smiling while delivering lines about being bludgeoned to death and suicides etc.....kinda weird girl
Lol! Sorry, I got kind of a smiley face and it’s harder for me to deliver serious content. Usually I present more upbeat stuff.
What's wrong with her? :)
Boring
Very informative in my opinion
She makes it sound so good and nice this place but its a shame for them inmates and what they had to go through there it must have been hell and all the money that they are making off this place now the greedy bastards
