I’m disable and Weelchair user ,me and my family spend one week in this hotel. Very friendly and kind staff,especially staff in the restaurant in the hotel. We enjoyed our visit there.

Ah right. I've had a look at the spec and all I can see is that it'll be on a higher floor and a bigger room but all the features should be the same.
You do have to book the spa in advance now and breakfast too (due to COVID)
I’m close to Cardiff well not close but I’m in Rhymney by Merthyr
Do disabled access there then I see, looks really nice spa too
I didn't recall seeing any assisted access equipment at the pool but might be
