Anupa’s Gabhru naka andi waah just love it. It’s so nice to hear Marathi language. I learnt it while living in Amchi Mumbai. Pushpa tai use to teach me and laugh at my broken Marathi but I enjoyed talking in my broken Marathi but understood Marathi perfectly. Use to eat Frankie near Shivaji park practically everyday.

Nice recipe...have tried some thing little different and want to share it with you...
Instead of spreading egg over the roti we can pour 1 1/2 spoon egg on the tawa and place the half cooked roti on it and press it side ways so the egg spread evenly and neatly beneath. then can turn it over cook it after applying oil both the sides.

This is not authentic Mumbai recipe..not sure how Sanjeev Kapoor allowed green chutney lol..Chef in this recipe you will not enjoy flavours..green chutney will dominate everything and kill the original taste. Hatts off to your efforts in speaking Marathi..loved it lol
