A Magical Floating Home Moorage in Scappoose Oregon.

My favorite builder, Marc Even, custom built this house for the owners. It is the first time this house has ever been on the market. It has all the hallmarks of a luxury home with the charm of a floating home community.
I spent longer on this video than I normally do because I wanted to really show you what Rivers Bend Marina is like. It is located on the Multnomah Channel in Scappoose (just outside of Portland). Scappoose was just named one of the top ten cities to live in in Oregon!
