I have heard Kenney retell this story that the group just simply retired. But from my understanding his Dad disbanded the group immediately after finding out that Kenny was having an affair. Now this man that acted like he was being so repentant and honest with the world is an open homosexual pastor. This is very sad. To anyone who thinks that they can defend their homosexual lifestyle with the Bible, u must not have read much of the Bible.
I am not trying to cast stones, but I am tired of people saying what faithful followers of Christ they are as a gay person. The reality is, saying that u just have to be who ur and that ur gay and its ok, is like saying that ur prone to cocain or alcohol, so u just have to be who ur and continue doing it. Where there is no conviction over sin, there is no salvation. Just because u may be prone towards a certain sin, does not make that sin suddenly not a sin. Homosexuality amongst other sins is so abundantly and clearly wrong in the Word that one most be willfully blind. Again I am not trying to cast stones, Lord knows I have my share of struggles. But, if God calls something a sin, then it is a sin. It doesn’t matter who is doing it, how prone they are towards it, how accepted it is in society, or how we may even try to justify it. The goal of life is not my personal happiness, it is God’s glory!
Kenny! Thank you for the inspiration from one gay man to the other... My wife and I were faithful followers .... I made the decision to no longer live a double life... it's been tough; as you can imagine...
