Catch and release so fish lives to make more big fish is what ya hear. How many fish that are caught and released died for enjoyment of a angler bec some do die. Love watching sucks so many haters that got to be so clear in what u say so not to hurt the sensitive in life. Keep vids coming
I appreciate you taking some time to talk about technique and demonstrating it. The Ned Rig rig is surely something I will use in my upcoming trips. Thanks for the tip.
I've always heard of the ned rigs on how effective they work but just never cared too much because I stay in my comfort zone of using what I know how to jig but after watching your video and how you explain on how to use the ned rig and what and when they bite definitely made me go out and get some myself! Thanks bro! Keep up the vids! Showing love from Wisconsin
You really do motivate me to go outside and explore, a wise man at a lake once told Me to go out and explore because I have the opportunity ! Love the videos keep it up and I’ll keep watching 👍🏼
Hey buddy just wanted to make sure you are ok during this time of craziness always saying prayers for you and your family stay safe and we will see you when you get to have the chance to without being in danger
Awesome fish! Yeah I took my girls and wife fishing last Saturday and my wife caught a large mouth and smallMouth bass on a roostertail! Crazy. I’m yet to catch my fist bass of the year.
Nice fish man!! Last time I was at that lake there was a truck someone drove over the edge just past where you guys are fishing there LOL ! I have done pretty well fishing around there in a kayak ! awesome channel by the way, not too many local guys around ( I am eating fish sammich caught at Rock Lake while watching this ). Big thumbs up, hope to see you around some time!!
Great video but suggestion for your trout salad. After you finish cooking and deboning the trout, I would suggest cooling it down on chilling it first before mixing in the salad mix.
Fish of choice, mayo, relish, a little horseradish, and (secret ingredient) a few drops of fish sauce..., I prefer dill relish, but sweet relish works too. Addition could be slice of tomato, or onion of some sort...preferably scallions or shallots. Best advise is keep is simple!!
I took some friends out yesterday sturgeon fishing for the first time we landed 13 two were about 6ft their previous biggest fish were only stocker trout
@@SamongOutdoors they are all schooled up in Scappoose Bay just off the Multnomah Channel right now literally thousands of them game warden said they were up there to get away from the seals and sea lions you should make a trip to Oregon the first two fish we hooked were literally seconds after hit the bottom
Go to tuna salad recipe: miracle whip, sweet relish, yellow mustard, and black pepper. If on a sandwich, add a slice of pepper jack cheese. Give it a try and I don’t think you will be disappointed.
I used to live in Belltown for 14 years. I'm in Virginia now. I'll be back tho to get into some of that fishing action you so enjoy. Question: I wonder, does your UA-cam channel at least pay for your gear?
At this point, UA-cam does help out a little bit but it doesn't break even. The money spent on gas, gear, and food outweigh the earnings by a long shot.
You didn’t say if you chilled the trout after cooking, but the salad is much better chilled. Keep working on it and do a home made sauce using “your” favorite fresh ingredients and it will be much better than the old store bought tuna salad. Here in Alaska I use salmon and it blows tuna outta the water!!!! Also do the same with lightly smoked trout or salmon for a party dip or sandwiches, yummy!!! It’s a staple here!!!
Make a trout burger . Trout meat. Breadbrumbs.1 Egg. Seasoning to flavor. (Use burger seasoning or ur special McCormick seasoning . ) Homemade tartar = mix mayo and lemon. ENJOY THE MEAL! ENJOY THE SUN FUN!
"Don't want to set the hook and lose a big fish because you didn't check your line" *literally catches a 4 pound bass moments after* Way to walk the talk lol.
I live just north of CDA up in Spirit Lake you and I should get together at some point and do some fishing. I have to bank fish. I don't have a boat but I enjoy your videos and I could learn a lot from you. So hit me up and let me know if you're interested.
I've got nothing against keeping bass. But I do disagree with your first statement. I will give you one reason why releasing a bass is mandatory and that is the regulations. I do not condone poaching a bass, or any species of fish, because one believes that there are "zero reasons" to release a bass.
My friend I am not here for the education I love fishing and I love watching people fish if you would downsize those lines sizes do you will get a lot more bites and hook up then you already get go down to a 10lb main 8 lb and you'll double the hit
lol had to clarify “trout catch clean cook” for the hardcore bass anglers that get pissed off even if one bass is eaten.
Zed is freelo 😂
Amen to that! Even though they’re legal to keep “size into consideration of course” people freak out if you keep bass...

What lake was that bass caught at? I just moved to Spokane and need some recommendations for shore fishing spots.
Nice catch nice fish keep up the good video
Why did I get so excited when you caught the first bass? 😆

Canned salmon we catch from the previous year make good sandwiches. 👍🏼 and stays good for while.
What size was your hook?
Why you did not eat the first catch?
It was preganet and almost ready to spawn so he decided to release it.

There's zero reason to release bass. A bass catch cook would be a lot better.
