This is great information. My husband and I will be staying at the Sotetsu Higashi Shinjuku the last two weeks of July so this will give us many ideas of things to do. We're hoping Arty Farty is open when we are there.

I really love your channels and thank you for all of the insights as if i was there with you. Useful info, honest review, your vibes and everything is just awesome!! ❤❤
I am getting so excited as my long-awaited visit - starting last week in September - gets closer and this super useful video gets added to my to-do list!
Thank you for your videos. We are using alot of it for our 1st trip to Japan as a couple. In a few months time. Sadly it will be short but will try to cram a lot. Also my wife is eager to try out the vegan Resturant’s you previously recommended 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thanks so much you guys! Stayed in Shinjuku for a week in 2018 and didn't even see half of what was mentioned here. 😅 I'll be sure to check them all out next time I'm in Tokyo. You are both looking great! Take care!
YES! This is great. I never knew Shinjuku had so much cool stuff. I lived close to Tokyo, and only visited the big donki hote once in shinjuku. I wish these kinds of videos were around in 2007. Please make more of these videos. Greetings from Spain
Thanks guys. I’m traveling to Tokyo in 2 weeks (first time back since 2014) and your tips are great and will come in handy. I am psyched to see Godzilla and the Tokyo Metropolitan building.
I am really glad to have stumbled onto this. I am heading to Japan (1st time) in june for about a week or two and this will be very helpful. Thank you 😊
Loving your videos guys, we are planning our honeymoon to okinawa, osaka, kyoto, hakone and tokyo. We are so thankful for the great recommendations you have. Ben (united kingdom)
I love your video. We will visit all your suggestions once we go in April. But I'm just curious are the places near to each other like, can we walk and do it in one day?
Cool. I’ll be going to Japan in July looking forward to checking out these places. Also if you could do future videos of shibuya and I like to stay in shimbashi area. Mahalo
Thank you for sharing all these great places to check out. I’ll be staying in Shinjuku in at the end of May, so I’ll be sure to check out some these spots. I really enjoy your videos, keep up the great work guys!
I hope to visit Japan one day. It seems like one of the most culturally rich nations in the world. I have a lot of respect for the Japanese people. Yoshi seems like such a nice person!
Agreed but remember, Japan has a wonderful interesting culture because they restricted immigration over the centuries, including to today. They are wise on that issue. More power to them.

Are the views a good substitute in place of Tokyo Metropolitan Government building? Thank you so much for sharing your videos.
I love your show! Is it ok to use dashi powder instead of bonito flakes when making a ramen or udon soup? I thank you in advance for your response! Cheers and Bravo!❤🎉
My 92 year old mother and I love your videos of places less traveled. Satoshi adds some very intelligent commentary. Are you two roommates or something more?
Shinichi and Satoshi, please show us how you deal with the heat of summer. I will be visiting in June/July and have heard about your famous hot hot hot Japan summer!
I love your video but it seems too fast to savor each one of the list though...pls do an episode on the new Kabuchiko tower, seems so interesting..tnx so much and keep safe both😊
I think I have been to a flea markt on the grounds of that shrine. It was so quiet you forget that you're in Shinjuku. And the observatory is one of my favourite, both towers have observatories, I prefer the one with the souvenir shop on it's floor. The yoshoku restaurant looks delicious! Is the dango store still open in Shinjuku? Is the last one where there is also many restaurants, also met regional Japanese food?
Was just in shinjuku yesterday, was going to walk to Korea town but didn't realize it was so far, google maps said from the 3d kitty of shinjuku it was an hour and a half walk. Staying in Akihabara here and trying to find a good store for kitkats.
Love all your videos! Have a question about traveling in Japan with mobility issues. I'm in my 60's and use a cane, walker and electric wheelchair. Planning a trip back to Tokyo with daughters and teenage grandsons so they can experience our Japanese heritage. Want to stay close to trains, shopping, good food, etc. What area would you recommend, Shibuya or Shinjuku, or??? Any good family hotel recommendations? Will it be hard to take the train with a walker or wheelchair? Thinking I may only be able to use my cane while on this trip. Any information for traveling in Japan would be greatly appreciated. My family is from Kyushu(Fukuoka, I believe). I am debating on visiting there as well, but I am not sure about the best ways to travel from there to Tokyo with my mobility issue. Again, any information would help tremendously. Only found 1 video on traveling Japan with mobility issues but nothing else. Maybe a video on this type of information would be helpful for many of us seniors. Take care of yourselves and keep making your wonderful videos! 🥰💞💜
I found a osteopath in Japan Tokyo, they are rare, lots of training to be one Dr kumatetsu next to (a couple blocks)Smile Hotel Nihonbashi Mitsukoshimae. 10,000yen. I also can’t walk good and stay in Shinjuku, but very busy, I would go to a quiet area and then both.
I used to go to Shinjuku station like every day when I was there, and people were like, you hang out at a train station? Haha. You have to go there to understand how cool the stations are.
coming to tokyo in march solo at 19 very hyped!
