I interpreted the last few seconds of the song as everyone esle finding peace in ascension to the higher place, and he loses the ability to, comes back down, and disappears into the ether like Sky (the girl you saw also disappear). It's symbolic of his inner turmoil of how much bad he has done in his life.

Arcane is INCREDIBLE, and the soundtrack is so in tune with the show. So epic. Heavily recommend reacting to the first few episodes at least to get a taste.
