    Meditation is just life changing. I meditate daily, if I miss a day or so I really notice a difference. I feel so much better and have more energy after meditating....life is more effortless. The ability to REWIRE YOUR THINKING through meditation is such a GIFT.

    Nah......Give up Snapchat and Instagram.......Then spend an hour meditating........Seriously!

      I have seriously cut back on Facebook. I do use Instagram a bit. Facebook got too much with lots of negativity. I feel better for it. I am going to take up meditation again. I have started exercising again.
