    1 tbsp ginger, grated
    1 tsp black pepper, or to taste
    .50 tsp salt, or to taste
    4 tbsp all purpose flour
    5 tbsp corn starch
    ~3 cups oil, for frying
    Gravy:
    1tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp carrot, finely diced
    2 tbsp bell pepper, diced
    .75 tsp salt, or to taste
    .75 tsp black pepper, ot to taste
    .50 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp red chili sauce, or to taste
    1.50 cups of water
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    Corn starch slurry (1 tbsp corn starch mixed with 2 tbsp water)
    ~cilantro/coriander to garnish
