    🔥 Ingredients:
    - 2 blocks of Hakka noodles (I used Ching's Secret brand), cook until Al Dante
    - 4 TSP oil
    - 2 TBSP ginger
    - Half of a bell pepper
    - 6 whole baby corn, cut into fours
    - 1 whole carrot,
    - 2 cups cabbage, grated
    - 1/3 cup ketchup
    - 3 TBSP Chili sauce
    - 1 tbsp soy sauce
    - 1 tbsp vinegar
    - 1tsp salt
    - 1 TSP black pepper
    - 1 tsp sugar
    - 4 cups water
    - Corn Starch Slurry (1 tbsp corn starch with 2 tbsp water)
    To Fry Noodles:
    - 2-4 TBSP corn starch, to coat the noodles
    - Oil, to fry
    🍽️ Serving Suggestions:
    Serve hot as a main dish with a side of Hakka noodles, Chinese Rice, and some Paneer momos.
    Customize with your favorite vegetables or protein for added variety.
