i just rewatched this at LEAST three times and god, this animatic is so dynamic, i love how expressive your art style is and this is DEF a song i've assosciated ferdibert with. i let out the biggest laugh at the start, like that HORSE??? the frustration they have for each other with how they're constantly BUGGING each other but the scene with the battle?? hubert nagging him after that??? ferdinand pushing his shoulder while going outside of the door??? the ending was so cute too with the time jumps of their older selves, until it's revealed it's an image ferdinand's dreams? LORENZ TOO??? FERIDNNAD POSING IN HIS SLEEP AND HUBERT JUST STARING?? byleth's face at them arguging?? ugh this is so perfect brb im gonna rewatch this again

Aaaaaaaa this is absolutely perfect! I’ve oftentimes called this song the pre-timeskip Ferdibert anthem and have often imagined what an animatic would look like. You’ve done a few things I envisioned (like Lorenz being on Ferdie’s side) and some stuff I didn’t think of. The ending in particular with the brief glimpses of their older selves blinking out of a dream was genius!
This was FANTASTIC. I lvoed it sooooooo much. I was laughign at so many shots - LORENZ ANGEL WITH THE CENSORSHIP ROSE IS BLESSED AND CURSED ALL AT ONCE. The emotions, the expressions. The FEELING. The absolutely perfect choice of song. thank you SO much for making this.

Not just the song choice (which does fits them perfectly) but also the dynamic way you drew it and the narrative you built around it - I wasn't expecting how instead of the others supporting Ferdinand it's just him building himself up, but it sure is accurate to his character and I love him walking the halls all uppity afterwards. I'm glad you chose to push through with this, it's really cool to still see a FE3H animatic at this time with this much love and effort put into it.
