that’s cool that’s Sinjo’s actually becoming involved in the videos itself. I’m sure he’s got a lot of interesting tips to share considering his mixing abilities.
Wow, that's the first tutorial that really explained what certain settings produce and the meaning of the title settings. Hope I can find more of his work for the explanation of the MKll........
I’ve had to turn my mic 1 input down to 60 because the loop audio kept distorting after playing on a track. I’ve seen others with the same problem. I use a D5 and my tips for this are to just turn down the mic level but turn up your output
@@SinjoOfficial yea we have our disagreements ofc, but fr for the rookies watching this, to realize the best Bbx audio masterer giving away free IFX ABCD combos like that
This was very useful Sinjo. It is nice to have an insight into MK2 from sound master point od view. Thank you for that :) hope you will have more tutorials
Would have been nice to include some tips for how to tweak these things for worse microphones as almost no one has that good of a mic but overall great video!
@@locnes2133 Not sure, I'm guessing there could be overall similarities between worse mics compared to really good ones. Like you need to add more compression or boost the low ends more etc. Don't know though, just a hunch!
I understand what you mean, but because I use this mic more than any other it’s the one I have the most experience with and can give the best advice on. And because it has a flat frequency response, you can translate these tips to other mics as long as you know those mics frequency response. The biggest difference will be in mic sensitivity.
can you make a video on how to connect your loopstation to fl studio or ableton and be able to record tracks! even though I know these videos are pre-recorded from a long time ago lol
Newbie here…I just bought a Shure SM7B, can I plug it directly into the back, or do I need something else? 😢😢😢 Other videos said you need a cloud(whatever) thing to go on it…. 😮😮😮
Im curious if you have been able to send the mic line from the RCmk2 to the daw seperate from the loops? would love to do some effects on the mic in the daw and then send it back to get looped? big love
@@bonzo_bbx2156 thanx. Wanna use dubler as a effect ,goin from pc to rc 505 n then back to pc. Thought i might need audio interface for that. Thanx again🤙
@@bonzo_bbx2156 how do you play tracks and they record directly into your pc... like do I have to link my loop to some audio software like fl studio and then press record on the software?
Seems kinda counter productive to have a loopstation with effects if you are using all 4 effect slots to make your SOLO beatbox sound better 🤔 lol It's too bad that cant be done with system input settings alone. I just got the mk2 (first time looper.. long time beatboxer) But from what I've seen and heard, the mk1 was better and more "accessible" Idk if it's just me but Rythmind seemed to do better on mk1 with his build up and transition flow
I wish everything was 32bit, I mix some rap artist and some of them are noob at the recording part of it and are clipping like crazy, if 32bit I could just turn it down without losing quality.
Actually it’s more necessary than ever. It allows you to mix on a loopstation without ever worrying about headroom or clipping/distortion, one of the biggest issues that most loopers face.

I wanna send the m8c signal through kaoss pad 3(16bit) to mk2(32).
Would it have an effect on a sound quality that would come out of mk2?
is it ok to connect rc 505mk2 through an audio interface?
would that affect the sound quality in any way?
i am a super noob
that's ok , even tho there is not much need since plugging it in with just a A/B usb is fine. Your RC basically acts as an audio interface

As the mk2 has a built in 32 bit Audio interface, I recommend using this as your interface over a standard 24 bit audio interface.

32bit is so unnecessary on a loop station
