Hopefully Ace & Peter get a fair slice of the massive sale price. Considering Ace shops at WalMart he may need the cash. I wonder how this will impact the many Kiss Tribute bands, will they now be sent cease and desist orders?
wow, even the name and IP....generally these stories revolve around just selling catalogs...but the entire brand and IP too? I'd be curious on how this goes, and if other artists do the same.

KISS, rock n rolls most overrated band. Haven't been that great since the 70s. The original 4 members were mediocre individually but became something that they never expected when they played together.
