This workout was killer!!!! Initially, I had a headache and was not in the mood to work out but I pushed through because half the battle is about showing up...right!! I AM SO GLAD I SHOWED UP! This workout was not only fun but it kicked my butt. I am so sweaty and I feel great..oh and I do not have a headache anymore, it stopped about 2 minutes into the workout! 🙂 Thank you for another awesome routine!

Love your 38 MIn - To the Beat Cardio kickboxing - No equipment needed it's a brilliant workout and is a really fun one to do especially at home and it's a great workout especially the kickboxing it's a brilliant workout
This class reminded me of law school. I really didn't want to do it and wanted to quit during the whole first half but after that halfway mark, I figured I've come this far, may as well finish, and then actually enjoyed the second half. The first half was great choreography, I was just feeling lazy, then I got energized.
I just keep changing it up. Normally bypass kickboxing, but I didn't feel like doing step. This was great. Felt challenged but not wiped out. Maybe this is the start of my kickboxing phase!
This was an awesome amazing butt kicking kick boxing workout wow!! I really loved doing this chris.i really gave it everything today.and worked very very hard.but i feel so strong after this.thank you so much chris.from daniel
Just did this workout in the after-party. Whew!! AWESOME!!! I love cardio, but I keep hearing that for my age (59) I need to keep high cardio to a minimum to not stress out the body. Ugh!!! I have been following you for a week and adding weights to my workouts, but just can't give up the cardio. Lol!! I am a step, Zumba, kickboxing gal from way back. Anyhow, is there a healthy recommended range to keep the heartbeats at to not trigger that bad cortisol I keep hearing about? Sorry for the long post. Love, love your channel. Thank you so much for making working out fun.
Did this in the after party and after the 'booty and abs' workout - which i now realise was a little over ambitious... however, thanks to the Foo Fighters for keeping me going and to you for keeping me motivated 🥰
Almost didn't do this one because the audio and video quality were not what I have become used to with your workouts (guess I am spoiled). Did it anyways because I like to stick with what you have selected for us. Make myself do the workouts that are not my faves because it's "good for me." Turned out to be a great workout and I'm glad I did it. Thanks again Chris!
