    You are right, that IS so beautiful! That is my favorite part about Fitness Blender. We are lucky to be able to work with people who are extremely positive and supportive of us and so it really just turns into this cyclic situation where we are so thankful for your thanks that we want to thank you by creating more workouts, which makes for more thankful viewers which makes us more appreciative...See where this ramble is going? :)

    Omg. I did the 21 day fix and none of those workouts worked my arms and lats like this did...so sore the day after this work out. Love it!

    This is the first one of your kickboxing workouts I've done, and WOW!! I'M IN LOVE!!! I just finished it, and I feel so good, and sweaty, and tired, and I can't stop smiling!!! Definately a new favorite!! Thanks so much guys!! :)

    I love these fitness videos bro. And coming from someone who is overweight but doesnt like to leave his house to go to the gym, these videos are perfect for me. I can have fun and get into shape without leaving the confines of my own home lol. Thanks alot guys.

    I normally do heavy weightlifting/power lifting in the gym, and I didn’t have time to go to a gym today so I did this instead! It kicked my ass!

    up and out knees are the hardest things ive ever done lol! just cant get into the rhythm and keep hurting my ankle. love your kickboxing workouts though! makes me feel really tough!

    oo god! im new to kickboxing and it kills me that i didnt make it through the hole video (about 16 minutes in and my heart felt like it was going to explode out of my chest) but im going to do this every day till i can do this 100% and finish

    I always and only do cardio or hiit with Kelly. Kickboxing is way better and a bit easier and burn a lot of kalories too! :o

    This one's pretty quick & easy for a level 4, but you'll still get a good sweat (and a good workout) if you give it 100%. Imagine your nemesis in front of you as you're doing those punches and kicks and you'll give it your all!
