up and out knees are the hardest things ive ever done lol! just cant get into the rhythm and keep hurting my ankle. love your kickboxing workouts though! makes me feel really tough!

Nice workout! Just discovered your channel. Where did you learn the kickboxing moves? I've never taken a live kickboxing class, just spin, abs and yoga pretty much so this was refreshing
This one's pretty quick & easy for a level 4, but you'll still get a good sweat (and a good workout) if you give it 100%. Imagine your nemesis in front of you as you're doing those punches and kicks and you'll give it your all!
I love that it has no music in the background and I can include my own music to motivate me. :)

Omg. I did the 21 day fix and none of those workouts worked my arms and lats like this did...so sore the day after this work out. Love it!

I always and only do cardio or hiit with Kelly. Kickboxing is way better and a bit easier and burn a lot of kalories too! :o
