+Tex Grebner Outdoors There's a range of different pouches, they probably had medical in mind when they invented it and then thought why not put it on everything.
Karrimor SF produce medical pouches that are rip off. The back plate stays attached and the pack comes away. This particular QR system is because it’s a modular system designed to be compatible with a wide range of packs and belts. Mine get swapped between various bits of kit all the time. They don’t get unpacked, just moved.

+Leo Aldopold karrimor had instructions buried deep on their website. Why they don't print them out on an A4 . Mystery to me
Great system once you get the hang of it, but 10 minutes of head-scratching comes instead of an A4 instruction leaflet... :D

This video is 3 years old. It was the medium model back then. They can have changed things up
