Hey, thanks for the tutorial, I was wondering if there's a way to insert the entire PDF into word, and I have a very large PDF document of around 50 pages that I would like to insert into word. If you know of a way, Please lay your knowledge here for all of us to witness, it'll be much appreciated :)
Hey there, Thanks for reaching out!! However, I regret to disappoint you as there are no ways to insert the entire pdf in word as it is. (As of now) Word doesn't allow you to do that. But if you are really just keen on displaying the content of your pdf in word, you could:- 1) Convert the the entire pdf into a word document using online converters. 2) convert the pdf pages to an image and add them in your document. Both of these workarounds will have their limitations/ technical difficulties depending on your requirements.
@@JuiceTechEntertainment Thank you so much for your detailed reply, Weird enough I just received the notification that you commented from YT. I finally opted to convert them to images and add them to the manual as that was the best case for my scenario (Shop Drawings) as converting them was quite a mess.
thank you for teaching people how to insert a preview in word. If I had wanteed to do that I would not have bothered to watch your video. this is not a tutorial to insert a pdf into a word document so that you can actually read it
We tried it exactly like this... but the only thing that happens is the icon.pdf gets pasted... no matter what boxes we tick... but thanks for the demo
Hi there! Sincere apologies for the late reply. Have you tried checking under the 'Create from File' Tab. Both 'Link to File' and 'Display as Icon' options should be available on the bottom right hand corner of the 'Create From File' Tab.
Hello, I have a question. I insert the pdf file onto my word document. However, after converting the word file as a pdf file, the attachment(pdf one) doesn't be opened. Do you have a solution for that ?
@@nawsheenkamal Hi Nawsheen ! Unfortunately I even contacted with Adobe to solve this. They said that pdf technology doesn't support this feature. I converted my pdf files to images, than inserted on my word document for finding an alternative way. it is not same but you can give a try.
Everybody suggests excactly the same solution but when I try to aply this method, only a link to pdf i'm trying insert shows up. I don't know if I am doing something wrong. If so, I would really like to know how to do this correctly
I want to know how to embed the file not link to it. I must distribute the word doc to others so they too can read the PDFs EMBEDDED. that used to be an option what happened to that option? THe PDF lives on MY workstation and others will not hve access to a LINK it seems no matter what I choose it now LINKS and does not embed the file. Microsoft moving backward again. I have done then hundreds of times but cannot any longer
Thanks for making the video; it's very helpful. But in my MS Office, when I go for insert object, I am not getting pdf as you have shown in the video. Could you please help me how to make it?
Today you made a mark my man. Good Job 👏👏 A quick suggestion: you might want to work on your video's volume level. On my primary phone your voiceover sounded loud n clear. But as soon as I switched to my secondary phone the volume was little low (still audible though). I don't know if it's just my having this issue but do check it out
Hey there, Unfortunately, that is one of the drawbacks of inserting PDF file to word document as mentioned in the video. If you have multiple pages in your pdf file, only the first page will be displayed and the rest will be truncated when shared via mail or by other means. However, you do have a workaround for this problem. Just drag and drop your pdf file into word. It will be instantly coverted to an editable document allowing you to make changes and format as required.... Detailed instructions can be found in this video:- ua-cam.com/video/__hUaYSgcXg/v-deo.html
Hey there, I hope you are doing good. Unfortunately, Word only allows us to 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐝𝐟 or 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐧. By linking to the pdf, you are able to see a preview of the very first page of your document within word. The remaining pages of your pdf document can be viewed by clicking on the preview.

Welcome!
It didn’t work on mine
Office 365 does not have Acrobat document under objects
One you've clicked on object, select "create from file" and navigate to the location of your PDF document
When I do this it doesn’t show my pdf it shows the link to my pdf.

How can we convert all the pages of pdf document into word🤔
This tutorial is only for embedding a pdf file into word document. We have not covered conversion of pdf to word document in this video.

Sound level terrible. Sorry
this was not useful to answer what the title of the video claims it answers
so where are the next pages in your word file? you failed to do that but you are pretending as if the next pages comes into your world file, shame
too soft.
Thanks so much!
No worries!
