Looks fantastic the wheels "really suit this car to the ground" I bought a brand new Volvo way back in 1980, and as far as I could make out that car had plenty of luxury, quality build, reliability, safety etc etc. Those old old huge bumpers back in the 80s saved me thousands on panel repairs. I wish I still had that old girl today despite the flack I would cop from my mates all calling it a brick on wheels. These old Volvos never die, they go on forever.
looks nice i got a green 94 N/A that just blew a freeze plug while the wife was driving and she kept driving and melted number 1 piston. Hoping to get this 95 coupe and swap the turbo into it.
I'm propably gonna get a Volvo 940 when I eventually sell my BMW E92. The BMW is just a cooler car right now for me but when I get tired of it I'll definitely get a 940 to have some fun with it.
Nice job. This is one of the best colours on this car. 2 things: 1. Why people in Scandinavia leave tyre stickers on tyres and drive? 2. Would be great a bit wider and higher tyre profile - will look better on these wheels.

I dont use to leave the stickers on but I dit i now since the tires get so sticky where the stickers have been and I have gravel outside the garage so that sticks to the tires very goog. Same thing happens when I get new tires on the bike. I was afraid that the rim would look small with higher profile, I use 225/35x18 on this rim but 225/40x18 on my other volvos.
@@kaisgarage6318 yes it is. Used to have a 98 V70XC that color and a 99 V70XC that color. Still have the 99. Shouldn't habe sold the 98 it was super clean lol. Sold alot of Volvo's I should have kept lol
Have this model 940 with loose door trim, and I've been dreading having to remove and refit them. You made it look easy and I'm encouraged to fix mine. Thank you Second point. After you removed the doors was it easy to realign them with the body? And a gf who knows how to use an impact driver. You've got it made there mate.

Pretty stiff suspension helps. but need to change my innerliners in the front. I have changed the wheels to Braid now, so they dont poke out as much. pictures on kaisgarage.com. thanks. sorry for the music :p
beautiful 940 i have a 1990 740 gle wagon i got it when it only had 122,000 it has 143 now. i was wondering what the specifications were for your wheels and what hubs you are running and suspension as well and how got it to fit thanks
Thanks ☺️ the wheels I had in this video is Japan Racing 8,5x18 5x120 et 35. Using a 25mm spacer gives et10. Very cool look, but changed to a 8x18 et 15 braid rims custom made so I could run without a spacer. Running BC coilovers front/rear ☺️
