If you change the width setting in your truck size setting in the TomTom to narrower, it will fix the problem, I had the same issue, but it is a width setting issue. Let me know if you need the size to put in

Have you got your setting set to high for the dartford tunnel? Set it to 15ft mate height it should find it

Same thing happens with my tom tom mate i’m not sure why it doesn’t line the dartford tunnel

Change the lorry length to 16.25 meters and it'll route through the tunnel
