- This the last installment of my BN in the 90s, this video goes up to June of 1997. If you did not see the first three videos go to my UA-cam channel Jeff Toft Rail Videos. Check out the F units, SD9s and switchers. Thanks for watching!
This is what's on my layout same numbers on the engines it looks like my layout THANKS JEFF
That’s kind of cool, you’re welcome. Not sure I can take credit for that, but it is neat. Thanks for watching Mark.
I watched all 4 of your videos on BN and enjoyed every single one of them. I was born in 1995 and some of my first memories of trains were of the BN on their line to Pensacola, FL. These videos really brought back some fond memories I have of BN. Thanks so much for sharing this.
Well thank you, I am glad you enjoyed them and they brought back some good memories.
BN had a line as far East as Pensacola?
@@throwaway4827 Yep. Sure did. Eventually all of it was given to Alabama Gulf Coast Railway (AGR) but AGR will still occasionally run a BNSF powered ethanol train to Linden, AL with the ethanol tank cars going all the way to Mobile.
Super Stuff JT !!! ; 437 /442 sw1000 set; RMA may be calling your name !

Thank you!
Excellent series, Jeff!
Reminds me of my own numerous trips to Galesburg in the mid and late 90s (of which I have only a handful of photos and no video).
I have done a lot of that prior to the 90’s.
I love the sound of those SD-70Mac's
Very cool sounding, no doubt!
Nice catches Jeff
Thanks Ericson!
Very cool action from back then.
Thank you!
@@jefftoft5568 You are welcome.
I MISS THAT HORN!
I do too!
Fred Lohmann What do you miss about that horn?
Excellent
Thank you!
did you stop recording after this for some reason?
Yes, my camcorder died and I had a growing family and a new one wasn't in the budget.
I'm having flashbacks.... my coal loads stalling on "wet" rail. What? I have no more sand?
DON'T BE A SAND HOG.
Thanks for watching.
