i mean AI Helo damage model seems broken as hell. at least to me. IDK if real life helicopters should survive multiple AIM-120 hits but I've got a sneaking suspicion

I generally prefer Syria, though variety being the spice of life & all, I do like seeing the other maps and terrains. With the videos, it's often just a case of mixing up the background visuals between them, unless I have a specific backdrop or terrain feature in mind.
Interesting, I have not tried this in the Blackshark, but I have shot down helicopters in the Hind, using Sturms. As you said, I have seen one shot devastate the target and then others take two or three. Seems head on makes a big difference. However, I have never seen any stand up to the 30mm.
I have also seen the 30mil from say the rear just keep hitting it and doing no further damage as well. Other times 1 shot engine fire or one shot pilot KO. I suppose the only trend I've really seen is keep firing until they go down.
My records in the Ka-50 vs. Ka-27: 3 Iglas (1 missed) + 7 Vikhrs before it died. Also 4 Iglas + ~150-200 rounds hit (following on its ass really closely), and it didn't die.
Thanks for the vid, always thoght that the fact that the helo took 4 vikhrs and still stood up was my fault. Btw, does black shark still have the ability to launch the vikhrs missiles one after the another to later on guide it with the shkval? (like you did in the video of shutting down multiple tanks in 23 sec)
Pleasure on doing the vid. TBH I haven't tried that ripple reset again yet. Not sure if it still works. Actually hoping they might have fixed the weird spins etc. the Vikhr does.
