I am 163 , 5’8 and I’m finally loosing weight in my high protein calorie deficit diet. My goal is 150 and I’m already down 6 pounds in 1 month 😊

You inspired me to lose weight. I never tracked my calories , I lost slowly 8 pounds in 7 weeks .

I gained some weight because of my French boyfriend who is skinny and can eat anything. I started eating a lot of desserts and drinking more wine
Now he is very supportive of my weightloss . We enjoy an occasional glass of wine or a beer
You videos are so relatable! I love how real you are. I’ve enjoyed watching these videos more than Netflix! Please keep posting more health and wellness content, I LOVE it. You’ve given me a whole new breakfast, which is a game changer! Loving my oatmeal bakes in the morning.

Would love to see this series continue once you reach your goal weight and see what a typical 'maintenance' diet looks like for you.
Also, I am on my weight loss journey and lost so far 17 pound and counting. I hit 10K and up steps everyday plus go on runs not bc I have to but because I enjoy it it’s my escape from reality lol but I feel you on not being able to lift as much as I could prior to loosing weight and was confused and discouraged as well lol :(

I do love that you weigh in the exact same clothes! It doesn’t seem like you get a whole lot of protein per day, but I could be wrong? but your meals do look super good! Your videos are motivating. I have finally lost a few pounds so I’m getting motivated to keep going! It’s been very difficult to lose any weight at 44 years old. I love your flexible dieting style! ❤

I had back pain for a long time (nothing so bad as you describe) and I found it disappeared once I was able to start swimming regularly again. Such awesome exercise for the whole body!

I lost almost 9 pounds in just 3 weeks counting calories doing nothing else. I have had an unhealthy relationship with food all my life, this method helps me take control of my eating. At some point I intend to start exercising as well, but first I plan to lose all the 22 extra pounds.

I will tell you that I think your energy dip is from not enough protein. Your food looked amazing but protein of 30-40 grams each meal. (100-130 grams per day) ❤ Not judging. I'm just offering
