Depression does not start in the mind, it is a chemical imbalance due to poor diet, as I have learned. The battle is a playground for the enemy yes, it sure can be. I am 'saved'. I(Him through me) have healed MANY, as I am a healer, one of the many gifts I have been blessed with. But one needs to understand that our DIET is almost 100% what is wrong with our bodies. Since I have come to more knowledge about my diet(our gut is our second brain), I am coming into my healing, with much gratitude, and so thankful. Not everything is or has to be a 'miracle'. Sometimes we simply just need to do the work. We will not be healed if we continue to abuse what we want him to 'heal'. Hence, I fix my diet, and that ugly diagnosis is removed/healed. Any problem in cervical spine can caused damage to brain , to thyroid, to heart and so on . Please first check it , and then try slow special neck exercises , very slow , and massages (if there is no hernia) , darsonval therapy. MRI is expensive but if you can please do it . If not , then X-ray of the cervical spine is also good , it's cheaper, but it just doesn't show hernia . Sorry , I live in Russia, im not very good in English. Be healthy .
