Video not bad (grainy) but the audio is ok unless within a nightclub with lots of noise ie music. The audio is totally destroyed and distorted no use whatsoever for legal purposes. Also the body strap and swivel is a real pain (would be better fixed). Swings round all the time (360 degrees) when physically removing drunks from premises. Also the power slider down ON and slide up Off is a total waste of time when in physical contact with people as the friction between two individuals ie the user and offender can slide it back into off position and negate any recorded evidence as there will be none. Another pain is that the factory set time cannot be changed by anyone other than the factory so in UK for six months the time is one hour out. Before the Police or any serious security or Gov agency purchases these bodycams from Pinnacle they really need to sort these issues out. OK for no body contact jobs in daytime within a low noise environment. For Amateurs only not in any way Professional Devices. Little thought put into these body cams. Sorry for such a negative review but really Pinnacle come on.
