Haha. As long as it's useful to someone, then it's worthwhile 🙂
Bro out of all the anxiety videos ive look up, you've explained everything spot on that goes through my head during anxiety....crazy...
Thank you. This is very useful advices. I was reading from doctor Amen about Mind Reading and how wrong we are usually!
I think number 4 is an amazing tip I'm going to try when having contact with people. I Have all of the simptoms you said, worse before, but they are stil there. And I realize that relaxing my gaze and widen my fov might be an amazing way to start having relaxed and enjoyable conversations, constantly and not once in six months.
So glad it was helpful. Yes, using vision to change your state of mind is pretty amazing.
Thanks man❤ These words healed me💆and make me to improve from social Anxiety.
Highly informative especially regarding the connection between eye movements and thoughts...
Thanks John
Do you struggle with eye contact? What are the biggest problems you face?
Number 4 is a game changer. I’ve been forcing myself to make eye contact by focusing on one eye, which feels extremely unnatural and seems to make the person I’m talking to uneasy. Hopefully I can implement this and try to widen my gaze when talking with people. You have no idea how much time I’ve spent thinking about this, so thank you!
I hope it's helpful. Let me know how it goes.
I am from India. I followed you from past 1.5 years. But sir I really depressed due to this problem . I feel like I am not that type of person which I became today . I can't able to express my emotions through my words . People don't look at me , they avoid me because they think that when they look at me I am not able to eye contact with them ...
I’ve been dealing with this, don’t know if my new job triggered it. Would like to have classes if available!

Sir can u tell me how this anxiety happens
A lot of times too, it could also be undiagnosed autism.
Quite possibly. That is also true with all aspects of SAD.
idk there happened to me a very stressful situation when a lot of people had to gaze me and I felt like some impulse got inside of my head and it felt like my head started trembling a little bit, so now sometimes I started experiencing this trembling of head but only in most nervous situations. I heard it's some kind of brain zaps or whats it?
'Nerve zaps' are a symptom of Zoloft and other SSRI medication
@@TheSocialAnxietyCoach I've never used medication
