@@Million-pity-school. First read the doctrine Basic Structure of Constitution. Some part of the constitution cannot be changed even the govt get 543 seats. And Sc considers Collegium system as independence of Judiciary which is basic structure.
Sibal with help of supreme court will make government life miserable.
