I think I'm with you on the Googling habit part 😅it felt like I want to know something just out of the blue, but then I go into a rabbit hole just trying to get more information about it.
I applied for a PhD but my CV points are so low 😢. I want to apply again to more than one next year. Any tip on how to gain points/improve chances in the meantime? ❤
I also recommend applying to multiple programmes as even the experience of the application process will help you to improve. See if you can do any research internships - ideallly in a similar area that you are applying to but it will show research skills. Industry internships would also be helpful I think.
@@PhDandProductivity thank you! A stage as journalist would matter? I also thought of publishing some articles/my thesis cuz the professor suggested that months ago. And maybe do again language certifications...
@@PhDandProductivity Applying lots of places is what helped me too! I saved to apply to ~20 programs and it turns out only one ended up accepting me (makes the decision easy too!;) and it was actually the LAST one I decided to apply to and added to the list I had made a few weeks before then
Is this something you’d try? What do you think would be the hardest part?
kindly check your email. I bought a PhD productivity booklet but I am yet to retrieve it. I want a refund if it is still not ready!

Try to check PhD positions in other countries if you're opened to...
PhD is more related to your motivation to do so not to CV
I hope this help
