@@AshlynWrites I’m hosting a Marketing Plan Workshop TOMORROW MORNING with 6 of my existing Main Line Parent, Philly Family, & Bucks County Parent Members. Your advice helped me rethink how I’m asking for feedback throughout my presentation and how I will leverage it after. I’ve already had other Members tell me that they would love to purchase a replay or online course-version, so I’m approaching this small group session with this in mind. I’ve had intentions to do this since 2019 and am finally making it happen and it feels great. 😁
GREAT question, Amanda! Minimal time. Do NOT focus on the vehicle/presentation. You're giving them the bare minimum as far as "pretty" goes. You're focusing on content. Pour everything you have into delivering the concepts, helping them understand it. I'm telling you from experience, let THEM TELL YOU what they need, how they need it packaged, what would be helpful. Let them shape the exercises. Bring ideas & hypotheses, obviously, but focus on teaching through a deck (minimal) and then open the floor to wrestling through that concept with them. Does that help?
Thanks so much for your comment, friend! If it is not the right time for you to purchase Primed to Launch, I have an extensive library of free content on my blog and UA-cam channel! Here is a great place to start for building out your pre-launch strategy: ashlynwrites.com/pre-launch-marketing/. Let me know what questions you have! xx.
This couldn’t have come at a better time. Thank you so much, Ashlyn! ♥️
Oh Sarah, what a blessing to hear! Do you mind sharing what you're cooking up?

How much time do you spend in the beta testing phase with slide decks, workbooks, etc? Do you have anything created for them?

A better strategy is not to do launches.
