Nice, no nonsense Bronco wheeling video. It was a little heavy on the cuts I guess, but at the same time, I appreciate you keeping the video nice and short. I think you found a decent balance.
Short cuts seem to help the video do better. Keeps people watching longer from what I can see in my video analytics. Unfortunately more work for me during editing lol
very impressed with the non badlands trims on these. can't wait to get mine... been on order for 6 months, i have a bad feeling i have 6 more months or more to go.
It's really great that Crossbar is getting the attention and exposure it deserves and by the way me and my son helped cut out the overlook that mike showed you

Bronco's are good for mild dirt roads,,go fast stuff. Just too much work to make a good rock crawler. Good vid keep the Bronco for hauling kids/groceries and get the LJ out for legit wheeling.
Gotta show people that! The bronco is really cool, but it needs 10-15k in aftermarket parts to really be comfortable in this type of wheeling without destroying itself into a tin can
@@JeepGearGadgets Great vid!! Nice to see a vid that gives pros and CONS to the bronco and doesn’t just hop on the bandwagon! Bens comments were awesome! Bronco nation needs to know this! Hahahah

Check out the rails/sliders Lite Brite has, they are there for actual body protection, not like the pinch weld protectors that what y'all have on are for- Either way, thanks for the fun content!
Some don’t like them, because they are body mounted, but for the rock crawling the Bronco should be doing, they provide better protection than stock Jeep / Bronco sliders.
I'm in okc as well. My bronco is in transit to the dealer, so hoping in next couple weeks I'll have it. I would love to get together with y'all sometime and go wheelin
The booms were from okcpd bomb squad doing tests by tinker. Great video good to see the Bronco make it and do well. I haven't been to crossbar in awhile.
No skid plates. Figured we would wheel it as it is… Jeep puts skid plates on the fuel tank for every model. Ford says the bronco can wheel, so we took it out stock. Just wait until you see what underneath looks like… Ford should have taken a look at wranglers for protecting everything under it lol
Question on the Damage: Did that happen because something pushed up so hard on the rock rails that it in turn damaged the body or was it a tree/rock that came in from the side and scraped it? Subscribed because I got a Bronco on order. Can't wait to see more Bronco content.
You guys need to hit up lite brite, I forget who they worked with off hand, but I want to say they came up with a really slick frame mounted rock rail that also came up to protect the lower door sill and it looked really good.
sucks that it took damage. however, it made for some good content. I would have included that pic in the thumbnail to draw the audience in. Keep killing it!
That’s a hybrid turbo you’re gonna need a tune more than anything. Obviously the motor is struggling and you could get a lot better gas mileage and keep all your power, Get a tune.
@@JeepGearGadgets that's an overblown concern. I added tube rails to my stock sliders that extend about 4". The tubes have taken a beating but my rockers haven't.
Great video, finally someone pushing a bronco to the limit. Find someone with an extreme recon edition wrangler and compare them. The Jeeps just looks more natural on a trail. Sorry about your damage. Jeep all the way
Just wanted to show how to make very simple rock rails in the last video. Like I mentioned 5 times in that video, just wanted to make something similar to the factory rails.
When you installed the "rock rails" I knew they were not going offer much protection. Look at youtuber, "Lite Brite" to see what they did for a rock slider. However, I commend you for thinking ahead with your wimpy rock rails. Live and learn. By the way, many engineers learn from trial and error (failure).
Ben and Cassie use parts that they actually pay for and not parts that were given to them, ergo they use parts the majority of people use since most people don't have their parts comped for free advertising.

It did great till it didn’t! 😂
Very nice, glad to see the Bronco out in the wild.
Checkout what lightbrite did for there Bronco rails to prevent that kind of damage.

@Justin igloo man that sucks
What's the difference between their model and the badlands? I believe the badlands has a sway disconnect.
My friend tried to enjoy his but broke drive shaft and trans-axle, he since has upgraded them both

I’ll have to add a gas tank skid plate
Yea both jeeps were modded. So a little lift and bigger and better tires I think it would do a little better
First day on the new feet ben
what were the ratings on those trails? That was some hard stuff for a stock ride I would not want to try that with my stock JL

Maybe remove wheel flairs since you said you couldn't see the tires and use the trail sights.

It was from a tree stump, so the only thing that would have stopped it is by not hitting it, or sliders that come out and up

Did you try to disconnecting the swaybars in this test of the bronco?
Nope. This model doesn’t have the disconnect. Wheeled it as Ford designed.
AC fab makes quick disconnects for the Broncos. I have a pair on mine 😁

Ok I have one problem her tires aren't wet Ben's tires were wet most people go through the water at the bottom
I don’t know how the airbags didn’t deploy when you came out of that waterfall and slammed the front end into that rock
Remind me to never buy a Used Bronco😅
I should have said, i would extend the rock sliders out an inch in the last vid.
Only bad thing about that is the extra leverage with them being out would just rip the pinch seams off
@@JeepGearGadgets that's an overblown concern. I added tube rails to my stock sliders that extend about 4". The tubes have taken a beating but my rockers haven't.
im sorry but it looks like a giant mini cooper
Lol it kinda does!!!
Lol it DOES!
If you look at old Bronco no it doesn't .
Why didn’t you use your front camera to help you ??
I didn’t get the front camera.
3 things wrong with the Ford Bronco. 1) not enough suspension travel... 2) it’s a Ford…3) it’s not a JEEP.,
I am still torn if my next car should be a 2 door one of these or a 2 door jeep.
If your 6'+ and plan to go off-roading, then you might want the FORD. Even the Bronco Sport has more headroom than the Jeep Wrangler.
If you plan on off-roading definitely the 2 door Jeep. There is no more capable vehicle than a Jeep.
Keep being classy!!
Ben needs a backup camera lol
It’s been a while since I was here
