The GS trophy bike didn’t have upper crash bars neither protection for the levers like Barkbusters. Do you consider these accessories strictly necessary? Great video BTW!
Yes I know, but I building it my style 😀 But the 850GS for GS trophy NZ 2020 had like mine the original hand protectors. And the original Trophy bike had a higher handlebar but I bought the handlebar raiser instead. If you have the boxer engine the bike will fall on the cylinders. But these bike like the 850GS will fall flat on the ground. If it’s necessary depends on what you’re going to do with the bike, and I usually ends up on som crazy off-road 😂😂😂 Thanks for watching 🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍
@@elmbystrafikskolaadventure7344 yes that is true. I love the way your bike looks. I’m waiting for delivery on a 850GS as well. I’ll go for the Touratech crash bars (low and high) as well as the skid plate.
@@alvarosolis7837 If your having a 2021/2022 850GS the skid plate from Touratech won’t fit because it’s only fit the Euro4 bike. And the 2021 is a Euro5 bike 😮 I had to modify my skid plate a lot to make it work. (I had to take to the angle grinder on the exhaust system to make it fit, you can see this struggle in an upcoming part of the serie 😮😮) I will replace it when Touratech releasing the new. Maybe the already have released a new one? Be sure to read that it will fit the Euro5 bike.
