Yet another Swedish cover version of "If I Thought You'd Ever Change Your Mind", originally released by Cilla Black in 1969 and then again 2004 by Agnetha Fältskog as lead single from her new solo album "My Coluring Book". Written by John Cameron. Swedish lyrics by Bo-Göran Edling.
Why Millicent Martin, English singer, actress and comedian born 1942, decided to release a single in Swedish remains a mystery. From the sound of it, let’s just say, that she’s probably not fluent in Swedish. If you have any stories behind this release please let me know.
Millicent Martin was born in 1942. Apart from numerous TV-shows, films, records, her more recent work includes roles as Joan Margaret in the “Grace & Frankie” (Netflix) as well Daphne’s mother Gertrude Moon in “Frasier” (NBC).

Haha, lite grann! Men tycker det hörs ganska tydligt att hon inte förstår vad hon sjunger hela tiden. Det låter lite hårt och fullt spjäll emellanåt i lite känsligare textrader... Kul ändå och önskar jag visste mer om varför! 😃
