All hail lord Ainz Ooal Gown, The Sorcerer King, The last of the Supreme beings, and the absolute ruler of The Great Tomb of Nazarik! *ALL HAIL AINZ OOAL GOWN!*
Question 🙋🏻♂️… I’m rewatching season 2 and I just came across the scene where Ainz telling Albedo that Tuare has been kidnapped and they should go rescue her. Albedo looks at the flag and said “this is ridiculous”. Does this mean anything later on?
It’s the guild flag on the floor, & Momonga’s personal banner on the wall. It’s meant to show that Albedo actually hates the guild & the other members. Both for abandoning the NPCs & especially Ainz. She loves MOMONGA, not Ainz Ooal Gown. She hates that she has to call him that, & she yearns for the day when she can use his real name again. It’s also why she’s secretly putting together a kill squad to hunt down any other supreme beings.

Well, a tad bit when killing those adventurers in the pit since one of has little sisters. Yet people in this new world are far worst than bone daddy where there's no reason behind it except for power, riches and sinful lust. Where Lord Ainz only cares to protect his kingdom and people he loves. Anyone who is a subject in his kingdom has a full protection under his wings. You don't have to worry other kingdoms attacking your villages and kingdoms you can live much happier life because of him. Good boss Ainz.
And with this Cygnaeus has join the cult of "Bone Daddy"
I dont like how Hilma's voice sounds not shocked and shaken enough through whole scene :/
Ainz is the best leader
And I thought Attack on Titan was one of those dark fantasy genres.
i wish i could work under ainz
I still can't here Ainz dub voice and not think of Maxwell from Hellsing abridged.
Ainz is smart. He knows that this blaming game will never end... it would only lead to Nazarick wasting assets, and one thing Ainz hates is wasting assets.
All hail lord Ainz Ooal Gown, The Sorcerer King, The last of the Supreme beings, and the absolute ruler of The Great Tomb of Nazarik!
*ALL HAIL AINZ OOAL GOWN!*
Who does the voice actress of the blonde haired lady in the thumbnail?
Well I know what I'm about to watch
Justice is not good or evil it's just fair
Stick and Carrot Is a better name for this
Did I miss the episode where she got eaten over and over?
I think I should remember that.
Pretty sure it's just implied in the anime.
Scary dude but not a bad boss.
@@TheOddityFair I did not know that she hates calling him that Lord Ainz. It's not a big deal it's still Momonga but a new name...
@@randomrants148 Keep in mind the exact words written in her bio. “She is deeply in love with MOMONGA.” A name change may not seem like a big deal, but for Albedo it’s going against what she was made to do.
@@TheOddityFair it doesn't help that she had a very detailed and long bio for her character and it's very likely that that one simple addition really had an impact in an unexpected way. Like that one simple line mixed in with her character made it so that she could consider something that is pretty much treason.
Cygneas dub sounds off to me. 🤔
Chris Guerrero
oh god her VA is so untalented 😭 wth is this
Tf man Hilma's voice actress was so OOC (out of character).
Did they find a random person off the street to play Hilma?
Getting some serious Genghis khan vibes off Ainz of late.
Genghis Khan was the grand chad ancestor before his descendants.
@@Lemuel928 That man was nowhere near as mindful as Ainz. Khan was an overglorified monster. Even his own mother didn't like him.
Daddy ainz
If all else fails, blame the previous administration.
Which in this case is no one.
Cool and awesome👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
I love the Dub, but this scene in the sub was better. Hilma doesn't have that "Scared Shitless" vibe in the dub
For the record that mind control spell does make it so the listener can hear the words, but honestly I do prefer the sub for this scene out of the season right now. Can’t wait for the whole thing to be dub so I can rewatch all four seasons
@@maxb2056 I hear you, but comparing the Dub and sub for this particular scene is an easy choices. The Sub takes it. The Dub really makes it's mark when it comes to the comedic part. Make no mistake, I enjoy both sub and dub, so I ain't hating
Gotta go with sub as well.
Nice
sorry it doesnt give me OVERLORD , it give Nickelodeon... myyy ears
Then yall go home and are scared of your own people and cant stay. Thats how you get caught in the loop. Have to let your asses go. I came here by choice. For unity. To end this.
I’ll admit I was disappointed by the Dub VA. In the Sub, you can hear & feel the fear in her voice. You can tell she’s desperate & close to having a serious mental breakdown. Here is just too calm, especially for the situation.
*7!*
Did her voice change this season or did I just forget? She sounds weird.
the dub fails to capture her terror
Hilma’s english VA sounds so flat compared to all her peers in the dub
Talk about anticlimactic...
I'm sure the voice actress for Hilma is a good one, her quality of acting in this scene was awful and lacking any emotion.
I haven't read the light novel but so far Lord Ainz is evil but reasonable and carrying who he take under his wings.
Well, as long you remain on his good side and there's nothing to worry about.
Well, not as carrying for his children but carrying enough to see anyone join as his subjects and partners.
Yes, he has done henianous of things but they are reason behind it and I am not mad at him.
He can be evil but a merciful ruler that's what i like about at least he is doing something instead sitting his ass on the throne all day and let gangs and other nobles do whatever they want.
Love that series but english dubbing on acting skills have such less quality compared to original voice actors expression.
