Serendipity is my favorite solo by jimin, and the way he performs it is absolutely breathtaking, if I'm not mistaken he was recovering from some sort of throat injury during this specific performance (correct me if im wrong) that's why he a little breathier than usual but he still rocked it. You probably figured this out, but "stage mixes" in k-pop are always spliced together bits of different live performances, since live performances are also referred to as "stages" (at least ones that are on a stage, I guess!). Anyway, love your reactions as always. :)

I hope you do a deeper dive into Bts’s nontitle tracks, I find that those are where I find the songs that really hit for me since the title tracks are good but go for more mass appeal, their others tracks just hit different like the songs on their map of the soul 7 album or BE. Songs like shadow, dis-ease, fly to my room, love, and seasaw to name a few, it would be awesome if you did dives into their albums versus their title tracks only, PS love the content and your commentary!

Good reaction, ty. This song (Lie) is part of the BU storyline. So there is an MV connected to it. “Wings Short Film #2 Lie” Storyline. So u will return to this song when u get into the BU storyline. For me, parts of the video are disturbing. The lyrics are important here. Jimin is talking about a lie. In the live he expresses himself so well. There is so much emotion. Amazing song. Heartbreaking though. Jimin said I think he cried buckets first time singing and dancing it. It's my fav song from him.

I'm pretty sure the lie he's caught in refers to the voice inside his head telling him he's a failure and he's not good enough. He knows it's not true but that voice won't leave him alone and he wants to be saved from it.

Fun fact: lie is one of the most covered song among idols/trainees,so much so that it’s been dubbed the right of passage, they generally cover it separately though either purely dancing or singing.
