Pay a lawyer in advance and set up a hybrid offshore domesticated trust, and you won't need to worry about paying a lawyer to defend you. Your money is already protected.
I think in one of those cases in the video, though, the lottery winner chose to receive annual payments of approx. $300,000. Paying legal fees of $20,000+ a year, on top of taxes,and on top of all your friends and relatives leeching off you, that would take a good chunk out of your annual income. You still wouldn't be hurting, but you wouldn't be living the life of multi-millionaire, at least for a while.
@@thehighllama8101 that 300k is already after taxes. And if you let everybody leech off of you then that’s your own fault. But also speculation. All we know is they face one lawsuit which will cost them around 150k max and then there set for life.
I wonder if they actually do find out that a person stole your lottery ticket and Avery took taxes out I want to do you have to and I find in favor of the original person that person that bought a lottery ticket I want to do they take taxes again in the new owners name
