To answer your question, spending a penny was the polite was of saying you were going to the lavatory. Back in the day, public toilet cubicles needed to be unlocked with a penny. With more places offering toilet facilities, these became obsolete.
House/apartment prices are usually more expensive in the south of England. If you look at properties in the north of England. You will find you can buy a house up there, for what it costs to buy a 1 bedroom apartment down here. (Yeovil included) In Yeovil's case, I would say it was due to a lack of housing being built. (Causing prices to go up due to demand)
That first point explains something - there is guy from the Philippines in the support team at work who always addresses me as "Mr Martin" or "Mr Martin Sir" - I always thought he was just being super polite - didn't realise it was cultural thing.
i lived at 196 sherbourne road yoevil and it was the most racist place i ever lived. London was bad but yeovil was the worst,. becuse about calling dark skinned people Pakis. Im white but I got beat up for being Austraiian

Yeah I noticed that from other vloggers who live in northern England. Atm the best thing we can do is to try and look for affordable units.

You could say we have a polite culture. It's rude for us not to use honorifics. Or at least that's how i was raised.
sir how long does it take bago kontakin ng HR after you pass the interview. thanks
Depends po with the trust. In my experience, they sent me the requirements and offer letter after 2 weeks.

Will get someone for toilet cleaning ??I mean hospital house keeping staffs are available for that if we pay to them
I don't think they will. The cleaning staff will only clean the common areas but they don't go inside the apartments.
