    ------------------------------------
    In a deeply moving episode, Emma Kenny explores the tragic case of Emani Moss, a young girl whose life was marked by severe neglect, culminating in a heartbreaking death. Emani’s story, unfolding in Georgia, USA, serves as a harrowing reminder of the failures in child protection systems and the devastating consequences of parental abuse.
    Emma Kenny delves into the painful details of Emani's life, examining the circumstances and systemic oversights that allowed her suffering to go unnoticed until it was tragically too late. She scrutinizes the roles of Emani’s father, Eman Moss, and stepmother, Tiffany Moss, discussing the psychological and environmental factors that may have contributed to their actions.
    Through this episode, Emma not only pays tribute to Emani's short life but also addresses the broader implications of the case. She discusses the challenges in detecting and responding to abuse, the importance of community vigilance, and the need for reform in child welfare policies and practices.
    Join Emma for a thought-provoking exploration of Emani Moss’s story, as she seeks to shed light on the often-hidden issue of abuse and the crucial importance of protecting the most vulnerable members of our society.

    My blood runs cold when I think of how my children were failed by their father in favour of his new wife. She used to babysit for us, so I knew her well and she was a fellow police officer working with my husband. He didn't even come to our daughter 's wedding because of the witch he married, and our grandson who is now 24 wrote him a friendly letter offering his hand in friendship and the bastard didn't even answer him. I'm 70 now and I will never forgive or forget. They are vile people who were allowed to use children as weapons.

      No new wife no matter how much of a b/witch she might be could ever alienate a loving father from his children.
      Your ex husband is a grown man capable of making his own desicions I reckon?
      If he was ok with not seeing his children anymore then that's because he never loved them in the first place.
      Why were you unable to accept this? Did he ever agree to have children with you? And why on earth would you encourage your grandson to try and fix this?

    • @cheshirecat888
      @cheshirecat888 4 місяці тому +20

      @@zc6346 I am so confused as to your line of questioning there.....who just readily accepts the father of their children just never loved them? And what about the children themselves? You think they will just find it easy to say "oooh he didn't love us, that's cool then, no biggy"
      Also, this question about did he agree to have children with her.....he had sex. Unprotected I'd imagine. Therefore he is consenting to the possibility of children.....you yourself stated that surely he's a grown man capable of making his own decisions, did you not?
      Believe it or not there are men that plan families (and women too of course) that STILL WALK AWAY. and there are times that this is made easier for them by the influence of another.
      Honestly, you sound pretty ignorant to real life.

He he just neglected them to please his new partner this is not good but its not weaponisation either. Did you encourage the children to have a relationship with him or make it difficult for him?

    How as a father could you turn a blind eye to your own child's blatant abuse? To then to witness her shaking uncontrollably in a bathtub, eyes rolling to the back of her head and just move her back to the bed she's spent a majority of her days? And has probably even defacted and urined in? Bloods on his hands just as much if you ask me. Pitiful excuse of a father.

Also, Tiffany was well aware that if she played the victim in her court trial the jury might have felt she was unable to understand the gravity of her actions and I think she was hoping to be given a new trial or a lesser sentence. Thank God the jury saw straight through her and she was given the appropriate sentence. Thanks again Emma for your coverage of these difficult cases. May this sweet little child rest in peace.

    Here we are talking about a creature that has risen directly from hell to commit such an indescribably cruel act that I cannot put into words. What is going on in the brains of some people? To starve someone to death, not to mention the abuse. Watching the decay, every day. In this case, at least the sentence handed down by the court has resulted in a small kind of justice. I personally think it's the joke of the year that the father didn't notice because he worked so much. And in the end he helped to dispose of his beautiful daughter's body. Burn in hell; Emani, rest in peace little angel, your life was taken from you far too soon, now you are in a better place and have your peace.

    This is heartbreaking. After his marriage with my mum ended, my dad married an awful woman who was a big believer in corporal punishment (only when it came to me, my siblings weren't touched which was even more of a headfuck). Luckily my mum gained full custody of us eventually but we still had to go and stay with my dad and stepmum. The trepidation I would feel every time I had to go and stay in that house was unbearable. It's stories like this that make me realise how lucky I was to get off so easily. I honestly can't imagine the fear that Emani must have felt on a daily basis.

      This is what I worry about with my children. Their dad had an affair and moved in with the woman and her child. Our children are treated completely differently to her daughter. My ex husband doesn't stand up for our children when they are told off for nothing, etc. If the children tell me about things they are unhappy about and I broach this with their dad, he just denies their feelings...apparently its because I'm bitter and nasty (emotional abuse in our relationship which he tries to continue but I'm stronger now). The children feel watched and judged. They just got engaged, and his partner has now started to tell them off more and slag me off in front of them (she's never met me). I feel there is an escalation coming. Thank god they are with me most of the time. But I don't want them ending up scared and damaged by those nasty b*stards (their dad included lol)

      Do whatever you can to help your kids protect themselves! My granddaughter was in a similar situation and we considered a hidden camera to catch the behavior but sadly we didn't need to....the new gf spanked her and dad did too and left bruises so we were able to get charges against them and she doesn't have to go back. They got a deferred sentence but she doesn't have to go back over there. Not the ideal ending..... just don't give in❤❤❤❤❤

    A beautiful little angel and a wonderful grandmother. Bless you. It’s disgusting. One hit from a adult in the home makes for resentment and people think if they hurt children or animals they get respect but in reality from someone who lived through hell daily I can tell you there is no respect only hatred for the caregiver. People won’t get respect, fear is not respect. When a child is being hurt you don’t send them back. It’s absolutely disgusting it really is. Who ever sent her back needs to think twice about doing that again to any other child. Heartbreaking.

    Out of all the UA-camrs who do true crime consistanly, I only subscribe to you, Bailey Sarian, and Danielle Kirsty! The 3 of you have such different styles and approaches but are so respectful of the victims and families. You're very thought-provoking, Danielle is very soothing and Bailey is just a wild ride and you never know what you're gonna get. I don't always agree with some of the opinions you guys have but I ALWAYS learn something new! I try to never miss any of you!❤❤

    Words utterly fail me. I cannot believe the failings of sorry, whatever they call themselves. Rightly so that they all got the sack.
    Quite frankly, if it was me I'd have gone and removed the child from the home. If you can call it a home.
    I couldn't have let her still live there. Why the hell not let her live with her grandmother she cared for her. The law is completely skewed.
    As for the stepmother and father he looks as weak as water and she's a pantomime demon. How you could beat a child with a curtain rod for not completing her homework. For God's sake she was a teacher children of that age need help. RIP Emani ❤

    Hi Emmy, it hi Emmy it’s so good to see you and congratulations again on your new little bundle. I know it’s been a while now but I remember this case broke my heart and it is so infuriating. I’m glad you decided to cover it. I’ve heard a few stories out about it and I learned new pieces each and every time and it’s just I have my way they both put the death under the jail and set on fire, but we all know how society is but your English accent, and my opinion was actually very good and I was gonna guess are you from Scotland or Ireland one of the two but I always thought you were from Scotland me and my husband have been there twice we were absolutely in love with your country by the way, and we hope to go again very soon, but please keep up the great work about to binge on all your new videos but rest in peace to Imani truly, just I just have no words for what they did to her

    WTAF! I can’t decide who is more despicable here the father or the stepmother. What parent knowingly allows someone to abuse their child and then hides and tries to burn her little body. Tiffany is beyond evil and just an unbelievably reprehensible, thing, I can’t even refer to her as human. This is so, so awful. X

    How come they never ask the child who they prefer to live with? Yet a child is now old enough to make decisions about their gender and we must expect it. It's bloody bonkers! So frustrating ugh! Rip baby girl ❤

    • @sometimesawful
      @sometimesawful Місяць тому

      We don't have to accept a child trying to opt out of their sex. We can say no. Limit or cut internet. Home school. Cut contact with the "trans" kids in their circles. They'll grow out of it if we let them. Nobody has to affirm a fake identity just on the declaration of the person, especially a child. In fact, it harms them to affirm delusions.
