Thanks man! It’s a 26” Boss Audio. It’s actually very good as long as your music is downloaded. That’s the key part . Whether is pandora downloaded on your phone , or music downloaded on an ipad , if it’s streamed it’s nowhere near as loud . I actually can’t stand it volume alway up with downloaded music , it’s much louder . Works great for us .
@@Malek-007 I do a lot of my own work but one thing I’ve never liked messing with is wiring . I paid a local shop 90$ to install it . I’m pretty sure they have a power source wire in the ignition, power to battery and no idea about ground . The wires are ran through my roll cage tubing . They drilled small holes you don’t even notice . Worth the 90$ to me lol.
It’s a 26” Boss Audio soundbar . It’s perfect for what we want . Music is much much louder if downloaded on whatever device you’re using . iPad or phone . It needs to be downloaded . If you stream it , it won’t be near as loud .
Honestly I think it’s a smart way to go even if you know you want more power later . For around 1700-1800$ you can be faster than an RR and probably still be under its initial purchase cost . Especially now because the 2023 Base Turbos get the PDrive primary . I’d explain the ride like this , absorbs a ton of abrupt bumps rocks sticks etc , but you will feel chatter bumps quite a lot with the factory setup suspension. The front springs on mine are adjusted way out and you can literally watch the front wheel dance up and down over the tiniest of trail chatter , however factory the rear springs are compressed quite a bit more and the rear is considerably stiffer . Overall it’s great but for casual trail riding I’ll probably eventually adjust my rear springs for a touch softer ride . 20” of travel on a base model machine is great for me .
This area is part of the Illinois bayou trail system around Mack’s pines in Russellville Arkansas . It’s a huge area and just another link in the Ouachita mountain system .
Naw brother it’s factory right down to the spring settings . Which are tuned soft in front and stiff in the rear . How many miles on yours ? The factory springs are known to start sagging and lose ride height when ridden aggressively and decent mileage ….2000ish miles ball park I’ve dug up to be a rough mileage area for them to sag .
@@joekearney man I bought mine last Tuesday. The wife and I hit buckhorn Saturday and my mom and I hit some backroads today. I’ve got 87 miles on it now. I like that red.
@@livennick9 2 seater or 4 seater ? I have seen some 4 seaters that dealers didn’t adjust the springs to factory ride height on during set up prep. Had a guy stop me and talk to me at a local Offroad park and ask me the same thing . His looked to ride 2-3” lower than mine and was brand new . It’s the springs . And thanks ! I had originally had a 22 blue DS RR on order but when I saw it was going to be over a year before I could get it ,(last year now of course ), I bit the bullet and took one of their 22 DS Turbos .
@@livennick9 Congrats on your new machine ! Well , I’ll give you these stats to check later . There’s a video on my channel back in October when I first got it and did a ride review . At that time it measured 15” up front under the winch plate , and 14” at the rear under the rear diff at lowest point of clearance. I want the fox tune or just send mine to shock therapy at some point .
Mom did a good job at being the map lady
Lol best guide ever . Even when nodding off asleep 😂
Love your X3 brotha! I have the same one identical down to the color! How do you like that sound bar and what is the name of it? Thanks!
