You really need a intro and a 2016 outro.
Intro is a high stakes game. People have to short attention span they won't even spend 30 sec to watch a clip if it's not bang for the bucks in relation to topic.. . And that means no counting veiw. Outro is just basic, but gets the message across. Usually they mean nothing in the big scheme of things. Maybe 0.02% actually become subs because of it. Most will never watch until the end anyway. My clips are so hardcore that if you are into this type of content you will subscribe anyway.
I did subscribe from the first 10 secounds i've seen one of your videos. You could at least try to make a new intro and outro, not for the sub%, but only for looks. Have a wanderful day!
