Hey man, as a first wipe solo player I really enjoy your content. Everyone else just shows the super gigachad rush highlights but you show more of the slower parts of solo play.
yeah this is what i came here for, camping, sniping, slow stealthy combat that is actually realistic. sprinting around with 1000rpm on full auto with no recoil, 99% accuracy due to the exp system and nerfs to recoil, weight impact on movement etc, really not my cup of tea or idea of realism, especially when u do it with like 100kg worth of equipment. but this is nice to see. this video also has hidden meaning, u dont need to necessarily have 4k hours in the game to be good, just play realistically. from day 1 i was crawling in bushes, sniping, always trying to be hidden. the devs are trying to dumb the game down for more players but YOU can still CHOOSE to play realistically.
I have 2.5k hours, as a mostly solo player (even when i play with my irl friend, we are basically 2 solos together. he also has around 3k hours.) i really enjoyed this. I can feel the stress, but acceptance of every single play youre making. You gotta move slow, you gotta be cheeky, you HAVE to push anyone showing weakness because they might have a 3 man around the corner and you dont have the firepower for that shit. A lot of people are turned off from Solo Tarkov, but both me and my duo both prefer the game solo, its "easier" in the sense that literally everyone you see, everything you hear, is an enemy. You dont have to think. You just have to get into survival mode. Theres something about perching on a rock, watching 3 people looting a house, and then you pop the first guy that finally leaves the house. If you are in a squad, youd just push. But solo is more invigorating. More risky. Gets me feeling...feelings. Scared, nervous, happy, excited, upset, sad...the whole spectrum can happen in ONE FIGHT ALONE in tarkov as a solo player, and Tarkov is the only game that can get me to feel those sorts of emotions. Good plays, good commentary, great showcase of skill. Your game knowledge shines through. Well played, man.
@wtfgamers138 you have a zone in the game where u can move ur gear and materials freely. Without fear of getting shot in the back. Or ur base ever getting raided. Yeah. EFT is for kids. DAYZ IS FOR MEN.
I just started playing the game about a week ago and I'm completely self taught so far. Watching your vids has definitely given me better insight on the game. I appreciate you brother 👍
4:10 "alright I'm hoping that the audio screws this guy over here" Dude not only is that pretty funny it just earned you my sub. Here is why. You saying that is a tip. 5:54 I remember people used to use low profile sights in FPS games for this exact reason haha, i've never seen the worse case scenario like this before you a very lucky to survive that.
In Tarkov canted sights are pretty much useless, because you can learn how to hip fire accurately + you need less time to eleminate enemy(no ads needed). I think they were better before but maybe I was not experienced enough to see it. I mean that he was only unlucky in part where enemy player walked out of not checked stairs corner, lucky part was that ep wasnt shooting good and then his full auto from the hip was pure skill.
@@winder1549 I mean the huge sight on the gun took up so much of the screen he didn't see the guy come down the stairs, if he had a smaller sight/no sight on the gun he would of seen them haha

Sprinting is basically crossing open fields faster, getting to cover or closing distance on your opponents to push it into close quarters. I don't know about others, but as I started to try to sprint less and less I also started to win more and more. It is boring though :D Edit: if you play duos or trios and can get your team to be really slow and composed and check every potential danger your survival rate will be sky high. I have 2k hours solo and 2k hours as a duo/trio. My survival rate and kills were 3x higher and profits etc. when I played solo. Solo rats are the hardest to fight. The ones who disappear and reappear all the time without warning. My friend who only played duo with me said solo must be so hard. I explained this to him. Playing with a team takes a certain level of sensibleness that most people don't have when playing games. Making choices is a joint decision. Not doing things that may get your buddy killed etc. On your own you can take a fight or avoid a fight much easier.
