    =), I actually started trail running, got injured and afterward started climbing. Now I do both every single week, at least 2 bouldering sessions and 20km of trails. Feels so good!!!!

    If you don't like running, try mountainbiking. It trains more parts of the body, and balance. I think it's more useful for climbers.

    Yeah running a good for training but how do you make it less boring

      Good music, an audio book, or run with a friend.
