This is an alpha build provided by the devs. I think it's the PAX West build. This demo isn't public yet but it might get another update for Steam's Next Fest.
Big Boy Boxing is a singleplayer action boss rush with highly stylized hand-drawn animations, inspired by the 'classic Punch Out and indie hit Cuphead.
Challenge the unique cast of boxers together with your Coach Hank, as you slowly rise to the top as the Big Champion! Each opponent has their own creative way to knock you out and send you face down on the floor. Keep an eye on their unique animations, attack patterns and timing to ensure you are still standing when the bell rings!

One thing i like about titanic 5000 is how he is still currently the hardest fight in the game, dudes half concious and still destroying players of the demo to this day

And I find it funny how he’s like Don Flamenco, he only attacks after you attack

@@MegaYoYo That would be cool as well. I mainly just said Aran Ryan cuz he was the main "cheating" character of POWii, so he'd actually fit in quite well with the cast.
I hope so too, but we are getting a Bruiser Twins inspired fight!

Honestly with a three-child trenchcoat man, a guy who brings several lifting weights to the match, a danty little girl who has a giga pwnhammer, and what is leaked to be an omega obese man who brings an entire army to both support him and fight on his behalf, I wonder what can or cannot be considered "cheating" in this world's boxing career

Keeping the spirit of Super Punch Out
Coach skank seems like one of the more normal ones surprisingly, I think the only real thing you can get on him is his beard and accessories
I'm not sure what the problem is about wild dude, but yeah, also I feel like titanic 5000, as you know, weighs 5 tons.
In real boxing opponents are distributed by weight

@@Theyoinkysploinker in another version Titanic 5000 would lose water weight as he took punches. His number in the name would decrease as well

I find it hilarious seeing Trigger Happy training for a fight in her intro, but them you get to the actual fight, where she pulls out a hammer bigger than the ring and never throws a single punch. She just tries to crush you like an ant.

6:30 Okay, I would understand if it was Jim Chad who was picking on Trigger Happy. After all, his punches are literally as fast and possibly as strong as gun shots. But Freezy Boy and Titanic? First one has to wear a helmet, which indicates that he has some sort of medical condition. And by the looks of his "transformation" into Ice Cold Killer and the fact that Ice Cold Killer is somehow and for some reason held back by the helmet, we can assume that Freezy has some sort of split personality and doesn't want to be associated with his second "him". And Titanic... The guy who is literally too water drunk to even register what is going on during the fight and only wins by constantly tripping and slamming the opponents with his enormous body. Who are they to criticize the girl?

Funny enough they're still changing the designs and style for the full game 😭

There is still a lot of work to be done for the Demo, of course, and the game needs to really encourage doing the special hits and somehow make it more enticing to do the challenges.
I would like the bosses to have a wee bit more HP. Some went down way too fast. Coach Skank felt like the only one where special hits mattered. Hopefully challenges unlock special gloves. I'm waiting for a build that has the other special moves
SPOILERS FOR A FIGHTER
So part of the reason the Bouncer accepts Adyltmen is that in the files there’s an incomplete fight with an actual man named Adultman. I think he got them confused lol

Also according to the files, ‘The grand adultman’ was a boxing champion at one point as seen in the incomplete intro (I’m pretty sure that the intro shows that), so maybe he did get them confused
This game’s animation when it comes to the fights is amazing.

It's easier than I'd expect for a boss rush game. Titanic 5000 was the hardest due to his attacks having a small tell and almost no reaction time for this unavoidable fall attack
