I got a mouse up my pants as a young kid. 8 or 10 years old. Needless to say there wasn’t room for both of us so I let him have the pants. He then jumped out towards my mom, she jumped up and landed her feet on the mouse. No more mouse. True story.
Many years ago in the 1970s a local farmer won the lottery $40,000. It was big news that a farmer won. He was interviewed on the local radio station and asked what he was going to do with his winnings. His reply was " Keep on Farming until its all gone" and that my friends is very accurate. The only time you can make money is to sell, but then that's not Farming.
I’m having a hard time believing it snowed but then here you blowing and moving it. I thought spring was here. Well it’s a good thing that you are always watching the weather. Take care. Keep warm.
Don't know why I love these videos? Weird. Only time I worked on a farm/ranch was 2 summers in my teen years way back in '77-'78. Moved a lot of water pipes twice a day, built some fence, a corral, and moved a bunch of bales. The owners of the place had a friend that worked in the city and he would come out for 2 weeks every summer to help out. The friend said it gave him a good feeling to do a bunch of physical work. I didn't understand why back then but do now. Most of us are missing good hard physical work with actual results you can see daily, weekly, and monthly.
The comment Brian made about being known as a Great Farmer vs winning the lottery. Best comment I have ever heard about the lottery. Thanks for being a UA-camr
I told you the weather folks are drama queens. They’ll say anything for ratings. I cant tell you how many hurricanes they report off the coast of African and they all go north. Sorry to hear about the mouse issue. 😂. I cannot lie I did laugh so hard soda came out my nose
It always seems like the hype never matches the reality with weather. Brian, being the father of grown sons, I envy that you can be with one of your boys every day. My kids are all over the country and are successful, but I selfishly wish they were with me all the time instead of once a year.
Nice Easter egg Cole/Brian. I look forward to them more than “naming the Claves”. I always look forward to your latest posts. Cole, I like how you talk to your cows, heifers, bulls and claves ( in your intro). Makes me smile!
I remember one time that we had a big snow storm on my cousin birthday back in 1986 on April 17 it covered my 1972 Pontiac Catalina in 2 days it was all gone when I was living in Mitchell SD
LOL, that was funny what you said about your dad winning the lottery. He could have told you that. You should cherish the time with your dad. I miss mine.
We got 12 inches of rain in the last 24 hours down here in East Texas. It goes from one extreme to another overnight. My yard looks like a lake now. Hopefully we can recover some ground water from last year's drought.
The snow reminded me of your feed bunk cleaner outer. I saw a video of someone using 3 point mounted, pto driven, blower with a pipe that reached over into the bottom of the bunk. Seemed to work pretty good. And looked a lot safer than those belts flailing around. I wanted to send you the video but for some reason it wouldn't let me save it
cole, brian glad to see you got some little moisture the calfs look good also brian nice little hat collection on your desk but have a good day hope you get more moisture.
I can understand why the bigger snow totals would help for the moisture and also why not getting it was somewhat okay too. We had a dry summer last year and that really hurt our hay totals. Luckily we had rain in late August that helped us out and gave us just enough to make it through the winter. Calves are coming along, congrats on them. Good luck on the sale, Bryan. I hope you do good and that you all have a nice rest of week!
I drive by atleast once a week sometimes twice and wave like a dumbazz everytime. Keep looking but cant find a video i havent watched. Most of them several times and sorry young fella, i watch for the big Brain. Reminds me of my old man who's been gone for too long. You, chet larson and zach are my primary weekly entertainment. Keep it up!
Can you please name one of the baby cows after me Your #1 person who has never missed an episode of this channel. Have liked everyone of these. True Kraft from Lake Tapps Washington. 45 minutes south east of Seattle
Thanks for another great video Cole and Brian. It was interesting and enjoyable. Looks like the projected winter snow storm did not quite materialize. You had some drifts to deal with but that was about the worst of it. You took care of them in a quick hurry. Your blower and payloader took care Of them. Early enough you might get some more snow. Thanks for everything Cole. You both take care and be safe. The Iowa farm boy. Steve. Enjoy the narrative when you name the calf’s Brian. Neat thing to do. Thanks for doing that. You are about to top 100 calves. Yeah!!! Another real good year Brian and Cole.
Glad you didn't seriously dumped on by snow, even though you could use the moisture. Your mouse story reminded me of an uncle I followed into the Corps told me about a time while in port at a bar in Subic Bay in the Philippines about a mouse running up his pant leg and him having to beat it to death as it ran back and forth across the crotch area of his pants, he said everyone thought he had gone crazy!🤣 Hopefully that storm that was off to the west of you yesterday will drop a little more on you. Thanks for the video!
Brian, watching you move the snow withthe big endloader and the snowblower, don't you miss the good old days when youmoved snow with a little tricycle tractor about a 4 foot bucket and no heat houser?
you can have some of our rain not stopped here for more than 3 days since July sick of it had very little frost and no snow just bloody rain take care you guys Ric
Cold weather farming is a “no joy” situation after the warm weather you had. I am sure warm weather and spring planting will be around the corner soon.
Howdy Brian, Cole, I hope ya'll are doing well, Ya'll are up to 90 claves, very Cool, we're up to 14 claves, all healthy, and 64 to go, I made a mistake last time in my count for what we had left to go, but we have 64 claves to go, still sitting at just 1 set of twins so far, I hope the rest of your claving goes well, Stay safe, God Bless and Farm on my Friends
Thanks for name a bull after me(Boyd), he's going to be the stud of the herd! 🤣 Wish you would have gotten more snow as it would melt right into the soil this year!
Is glad you got some snow. It certainly looks cold from where I’m sitting. I am in North Carolina. Brian be happy. The windows are clean. I keep asking Cole to do the windows in the Bobcat so he can see where he’s going. I’m just glad he washed him in the fort by four.great job you guys good luck with the heifer sale piece
You guys have a very nice herd of cattle,I have never heard anyone talk about whether or not they are mostly registered stock or commercial, just curious!Glad you got some snow but not enough to be a big pain in the Donkey. We sure would like to see Miss Tiffany on the show more but maybe she prefers it like it is so gotta respect that!Great video 🐕🐄
Same thing in my area. Supposed to get 15" of snow . We ended up getting 6" of snow but an inch and a half of rain. . Like you farmers in South Dakota we could use the moisture too. Oh, and watch out for those mice!!!
Cole what ever happened to the feed bunk cleaner? I thought you had a real idea there, or were you just trying to reinvent the wheel? Inquiry minds want to know 😂. I really thought you had something going there. Great stuff guys, Brian the baby's of the litter are always the biggest smartasses aren't they 😂.
Years ago, my neighbor was a dairy farmer and he piled his grain above his milking parlor he went up there and was And was Chevrolet grain closer to the holes.t and a rat crawled up his pantleg. And was Clawing at his Crutch he was able to get a hold of it with his pliers and killed it. I would have passed out..
Just a thought, for those of us that don't feel right asking to have a clave named after us...Maybe you could name one "Noname" for us/them? Also Camelot..LOL
Always interesting how other operations tag their calves. I read that as cow 110, born 2024, 39th heifer. Am I close? I worked in a hog barn in high school. Guy I worked with there had a rat run up his coveralls and stopped it just short of his shorts. He had to beat it to death without hitting his hand or other important parts of his body all while it was trying to claw its way out. Closest I've can is our 1840 Case is open station and every once and a while you get a rat or 2 running laps around you until the figure out they can jump out the front and our T250 has construction controls, and the mice like to live up behind those triangle control panels and climb down while you're driving it.
I got a mouse up my pants as a young kid. 8 or 10 years old. Needless to say there wasn’t room for both of us so I let him have the pants. He then jumped out towards my mom, she jumped up and landed her feet on the mouse. No more mouse. True story.
Fantastic! 😂
Aughhhhhhh! Lol

Cole and Brian planting corn today in Central michigan April 10 76 degrees
The comment Brian made about being known as a Great Farmer vs winning the lottery. Best comment I have ever heard about the lottery. Thanks for being a UA-camr
Your right Cole, cutest stampede around.
Love how you guys name the "claves" after some of your viewers. Makes it seem more personable to everyone.
:)
I told you the weather folks are drama queens. They’ll say anything for ratings. I cant tell you how many hurricanes they report off the coast of African and they all go north. Sorry to hear about the mouse issue. 😂. I cannot lie I did laugh so hard soda came out my nose
I have to say everything you do is so well thought out.
🖐️ 🖐️.
You guys sure get a lot of use out of your bobcats.
Lots of good attachments

We are lucky that all three boys live close by.
Nice Easter egg Cole/Brian. I look forward to them more than “naming the Claves”. I always look forward to your latest posts. Cole, I like how you talk to your cows, heifers, bulls and claves ( in your intro). Makes me smile!
Been here often! Sounds like Storlastation talk “Camelot”!

Really appreciate the amount of time you spend setting up your shots. Makes for better videos 👍
Please keep Safe and Well, from San Diego.

I was just watching an old video and checked out the song of the day; Wicked Game. The silhouette on the cover was Cole's profile!
At least the wind was sort of working to your advantage with the blower!
Watching how you and your dad roll in life is priceless.Have a great safe planting season
thanks!
Don’t clean the windows!!!Cole 😅🤣😆Aloha from Hawaii 🤙🏽🌴😎
Sonne Farms - great to see the way you watch the weather and take care of the critters. Spring temp changes can be hard on them.
Great video. Hope Pa did good on the heifer sale. God Bless.

Brian, so glad you are continuing to name the claves, you are making many people smile and many heavenly people smile, God bless and be safe.
Really hoping yall get some good moisture this year. Have some good crops, and enough hay to jave few bales left over for next year.
Hello from Silver creek Georgia Good job guys and God bless you
Great video as always
To bad you didn't at least half of the snow the weather said, but I'm glade for little you did receive.
Thanks for another great video Cole and Brian.

That's a sweet snowblower!!!
Such cold work, Cole and Brian make it look so easy while freezing their rears off!
It hasn't been cold this winter... never had more than 4inches of frost.
Thanks for name a bull after me(Boyd), he's going to be the stud of the herd! 🤣 Wish you would have gotten more snow as it would melt right into the soil this year!
Well fellas I am probably on my second weekend of lawn mowing. Brian touch the glass before you let lose with a big spit.
Like how you watered garden
Love all your videos with you and your dad. How's uncle Jeff doing?
I was in Mitchell, SD, yesterday. It's a nice area.
Hey Cole I understand that peppermint scent can keep mice out of a small space like a Bobcat. Might look into it.
Love you all but wished I could give you some of my weather!

Mice or rattlesnakes, always a great time in the cab.
LOL….clean windows are bad for those of us who dip snuff. Those who know can relate!
Good use of your “ toys” in that snow.🇨🇦👍
Cole what ever happened to the feed bunk cleaner? I thought you had a real idea there, or were you just trying to reinvent the wheel? Inquiry minds want to know 😂. I really thought you had something going there. Great stuff guys, Brian the baby's of the litter are always the biggest smartasses aren't they 😂.
You earned that play in the snow .
Thanks man enjoyed!!
Glad to hear it!

Snow blowing!
Enjoyed.
Snow removal rocks!!
Name a bull Bama because he will for sure be a winner!
We ended up with a lot of your moisture from that storm east of you about 200 miles, here on the edge of the prairie.
good!
I think you should pull a Foreman, name them all George
Maybe you should fill the manure spreader with the snow and spread it on your fields for added moisture.
We got couple of inches. In NW Iowa we will take the moisture anyway we can get it after last 3 yrs.
Maby you got snow wee got lots of rain in Denmark no sun before next week
Song of the day. Slide by the Goo Goo Dolls in hopes that Tiffany let it slide that you didn’t go to the in-laws 😂
Feeder calf market is still strong here in Eastern Nebraska . 550# Steers brought $2.91. 500# heifers $2.60 at last Friday's sale
Ya pink always works good😊
It's OK Cole! A lot of people are afraid of mice.

Rough night at the barn for that lil one
HEY !!!! Go back to the lines for counting new claves !!!
