Anyone who is aware of the metal universe and really enjoys this style of music would never underestimate a musician of this level. In my opinion, he is the greatest metal guitarist of all time.
I downloaded all of Jeff's presets and I have to say, that Lead preset nails exactly what inspires me. I can use that preset for "Learn To Fly" by the FF and it is just what I needed. Thanks Jeff!
Jeff Loomis is one of my favorite guitar players, he took inspiration from Jason Becker growing up and his playing reminds me of him sometimes, even though Jeff developed his own voice over time... Amazing player 👏👏👏
Sounds great! I like mine and would like to use it more. Can't because of the bugged EVH-Red channel. Still waiting for the update to fix ththat. Hopefully not much longer.
Jeff Loomis plays via Fender processor, Chris Garza (Suicide Silence) got himself a 7-string (!) Fender! Looks like Fender wants to attract more metal guitarists! And it's cool!
Fender does own Jackson, and Jackson’s lineup of artists is amazing with artists like Jeff, Misha Mansoor, Mike Stringer... However, the Fender TMP seems to fall very short of other amp sims like the quad cortex.
@@Clorox39 are they still owning Jackson?? I thought these times are gone. I remember when Fender tried to make "MetalHead" Stack amplifiers many years ago also to attract metal musicians. But it seems that these didn't succeed
@Clorox39 yup. Loomis and Friedman rule. Both on Jackson. I think fender does great clean tones but they're dirty tones are missing that something. No disrespect.
@JD-vj4go I'm not comparing them. They're among my favorites. Along with Marty Friedman etc. I just think ej when I think tone. Loomis is a technical master like Jason becker.
@chuddleywindston like I said in my other comment, I don't mean disrespect. They're 2 of my favorites. I just think of technique with loomis and tone with ej. It's more about the name of the pedal.
Jeff is simply the best guitarist when it comes to composing music and overall technical ability. A rare combination. I wish he would team up with Taylor Swift and go mainstream for once in his life.
I own a Helix and the amps sucks. All of them. You have to spend a lot of time to find a good tone. Good for effects though. I play more analog than with the helix. This fender seems very interesting.
I sold my QC and bought the TMP. I did not do any capturing and I do not miss the QC at all. I love the interface on the TMP and the Fender sounds and the effects work great.
I love Loomis' skill, hes got a sick guitar, but every tone has that ice pick attack. I listened through my phone, through my computer, through some headphones, its all too sharp for my liking.
@@TheCyberMantis That too. It adds up. His attack wasnt that pronounced in Nevermore or when I saw him live with Arch Enemy. Could be that we hear it with more clarity when he is in standard tuning or is he in Eb here?
No offence but Jeff would sound awesome using a frying pan with spaghetti for strings through a 1800s wind up toy.......I will say this is a bit biased :)
Well Mr.Loomis could make a sack of potatoes sound good; amazing player and always a joy to watch. But everyone knows that that unit is massively overpriced, bugged and cannot yet compete with the standard of the other market leaders....I really like to see if he is going to use it live!!! I doubt it.
Lol funny af 🤣 in the last video posted on tones with the tone Master they allowed the guitarist that was featured in that video to use a les pual feom gibson mean while this dude is rocking a fender owned companys guitar aka Jackson Guitars you know the better Fender because the only good fender to exist was the actual 60s model not the okish remakes lol and I'm gonna get canceled for saying this probably but i don't care the Strat has great tones but without the thin neck it's terrible for shredders and rock or metal a thin neck through strat would be great just not with the laughable 2500 usd price tag it's also kinda sad when your off brand cheap guitars are outselling your high end models if i were fender I would be willing to take losses by giving the hogh end models a cheaper price to compete with the likes of Ibanez, Jackson, ESP , Gibson , Ernie Ball , and Schecture within about that 15 to 16 undred usd and oh i don't knkw create guitars new ones that aren't a strat to compete with the rock and metal scene before I am force to go out of business in the high end market because the era of people willing to dump endless amounts of money on a guitar is kinda done the affordable way is the new high way lol so idk why fender won't just be like ok more competition is better and make a shred mechine that bares the Fender logo not Jacksons lol
Sure, tones are clean, it sounds good, but these amp modeling companies are on the highest form of Crack if they think their products are worth these prices.
You miss my point, I know that compression comes with distortion and humbuckers, what I'm sayin is that any China 200 bucks modeler can do it at this level. You don't need to spend seven times that to do metal
Jeff Loomis = Most underrated musician of the century!
And Nevermore was one of the most underrated bands

Best sounding demo of the TMP so far. But hey, it's Jeff Loomis. He's a wizard.
Jeff is a buster
You know that you are a boss when fender is uploading you playing with your Jackson signature. Jeff's playing is phenomenal as always.
Fender owns jackson maybe thats why i don't know @planka5016
I downloaded all of Jeff's presets and I have to say, that Lead preset nails exactly what inspires me. I can use that preset for "Learn To Fly" by the FF and it is just what I needed. Thanks Jeff!
2:29 She comes in colors intro. Always cool to see Jeff playing Nevermore!

Jeff ROCKS!
I found him through his work on "Here It Comes Again" on Alexandra Zerner's "Silhouette" album.
She is an AMAZING composer/musician!
He had a spectacular guitar solo on a song with a band I listen to. I could not believe my ears. Cheers to Mr. Jeff Loomis!
Some great references here-stay anonymous 😂
Jeff Loomis content is always welcome.
Solid and flawless performance. On a side note, just came back from the music store with a Tone Master Pro!!! 🤘Running this baby in a stereo setup.
Jeff Loomis being Loomis.. Awesome Demo..
Thats axe is stunningly beautiful!
I've had my Tone Master Pro for a few months now. I frikken love it, man!
feels like it came out like two weeks ago, time flies
You made an excellent choice. Enjoy!
Glad to see my boy getting some love

What's wrong with it? Just sound off does it?

Will Fender be adding capture technology? Like quad cortex?
Or
If not Fender, please add the peavey 6505+ 120watt Amp..
Would be happy if they added any damn amp at this point
Been excellent with folk rock tones too.
Sweet piece of equipment
Stone Tone Floyd Rose artist Jeff Loomis has crushin tone !
Jeff! ❤
Jeff is an amazing player. From nevermore to his own music etc. Eric johnson is The tone master though imo.
I don't see how you compare Eric Johnson and Jeff Loomis. They each do their own thing and Eric's tones would sound awful in Jeff's music.
I've been in the UA-cam comments for 15 years and I've never seen such a weird out of left field comparison as this lmao
@JD-vj4go I'm not comparing them. They're among my favorites. Along with Marty Friedman etc. I just think ej when I think tone. Loomis is a technical master like Jason becker.

Eric Johnson's technique is far superior and he's a way more versatile player, overall winner
🤘🤘Jeff Loomis, ROCKS!!!!!
Fender sure knows how to pick their players. This is a great demo.
Hermosamente brutaaalll!!😎🎸
I hear a lot of Paul Gilbert when he does his scale runs. They both are in my favorite go to guitarists.
Loomis!!!!!
What song is that cool riff Jeff plays from 0:24 onwards? Or is it just some random improvisation.
She comes in colors
great sounding device, looking forward to seeing how this thing improves & grows in the very near future...i might just buy one!
Jeff is simply the best guitarist when it comes to composing music and overall technical ability. A rare combination. I wish he would team up with Taylor Swift and go mainstream for once in his life.
So this video automatically does closed caption and when he plays it says “cool music”
What’s he playing at 2:29 ?
😂 This is the only demo that I've heard that makes this new fender contraption sound good.
Someone tell me what tuning Jeff is in at 2:29 and how to play that song lol.
Well, sucks that he won't be in Arch Enemy anymore. To bad they didn't use his skills more than they did also. Hope he does something even bigger now.
Sounded kinda sus on the opener, but got way better as the vid went on, and he made a few changes.
Lomis is a great guitar player
1:58 awesome!
Awesome
Loomas " I love it. It's great. Ummm where's my check now?"
That is a badass guitar yet another thing to save up money for.
And the USA model is NOT cheap
Daamn ❤
Have they fixed the screen lag yet?
no lag
Minute 3:56 the real face of metal.
yes its song of arch enemy - the watcher
COMO SE ESCUCHARIA CON GIMMY JENDRYX GRACIAS JEFF
Love it
We were next door neighbor in the 80s. Had a prominent musician living on each side of us.
Bellissimo!
I love being JEFF not being Jeff AE.. way to go fuckin JL!!
Do you need a computer to dial-in? Smartphone or no devices at all?
no
Until tomorrow, follow the sun. Until tomorrow... she comes in colors.
The very best
Good for fender and i hope they're successful, but who's gonna switch from their helix or quad cortex for this?
Looks very nice though. Good on them
I own a helix lt, and I switched to this. Love the TMP.

Just eleven days ago he says Arch Enemy and now he isn't part of arch anymore,,strange

Hail yea let's start a hair metal band!
I love Loomis' skill, hes got a sick guitar, but every tone has that ice pick attack. I listened through my phone, through my computer, through some headphones, its all too sharp for my liking.
That's the way he plays. I love his playing but he always has that attack.
I think its his thick and pointy pick.
@@cycomiles4225 Might be his hot pickups. Pick scrapes and squeals jump-out. Good for pinch harmonics.
@@TheCyberMantis That too. It adds up. His attack wasnt that pronounced in Nevermore or when I saw him live with Arch Enemy. Could be that we hear it with more clarity when he is in standard tuning or is he in Eb here?
He's probably lost high-end hearing over the years and turns the treble up to compensate.
🤘🎸🤘
☠️COOL🇧🇷
**@Fender Get John 5 To Review The Tone Master Pro**
When did he join Arch Enemy?
❤❤
Great Ad!!! However, let me bring you back to earth, Jeff''s playing alone is capable of making crappy rigs sound like god!!!
😊
👌.. Mmm
It seems to thu overloud but in a box.
Make a smaller one and ill buy it
As in, stripped down, fewer switches etc
Yes!!!!
Cheaper prize too!!
😮
Let’s treat the same riff over and over again
It's so old shcool
🇨🇦👽🎸👍🏼
Jeff is a supreme guitarist but that unit........ Soundwise sounds a bit like so-so
For him to have just sat down and dialed in that tone it’s sounds quite amazing.
Man I love Loomis, but was not a fan of these tones.
No offence but Jeff would sound awesome using a frying pan with spaghetti for strings through a 1800s wind up toy.......I will say this is a bit biased :)

Ok @fender, what the hell is wrong with the tone in the first 3 seconds? it sounds like...to quote murderface... microchips!
Not made for metal. Distortion sounds straty. I love Strats but if you want it for metal. Its not gonna get you there.
can you give me one free guitar I don't have a guitar
Jeff is an amazing. But it sounds like a plastic bag

It's a "tone master" and they demonstrate some very bad tones......
I'll stick with my QC. Loomis can make anything sound good though.
Anyone piece of gear can do a shit ton of compressed distortion. This isn't tone. This isn't Fender
You realize...that distortion is just compressing the signal?
