1. Marinate and season 2. Heat oven to 450-500 3. Quickly place wings on grill with a little space between 4. Shut grill, 4-6 minutes on first side 5. Flip and go another 5-6 minutes 6. Target 165 degree temperature, look for clear juices and no red along bone 7. As they finish put on top rack for indirect heat
Awesome awesome, looks great Chef. Only thing, can you let mine get crispy xD hahaha.. theyll cook in 12 to 15 but if you want a crispy fried dryer wing, cant go wrong letting them crisp up.
I tried your recipe and my wings came out great. Now I had to leave them on the grill longer than the time you said to leave them on because they didn't look no where done. I ended up leaving them on the grill for about 12 minutes or so per side,. Also I noticed with me adding the oil to the wings, it was almost like I had fried the wings which I am not complaining LOL!
A clean grill does not smoke when it's heating. If your grill is always smoking (not just when you're cooking something with a high fat content) then you need to clean your grill.
Dude, you dumped spoonfuls of fire rub on the wings in certain places at the end of the video. We'd appreciate it more if you slowed down and took an extra few seconds to do it right instead of trying to sell it so hard.
sorry to hear that, our cooking temp was 500˚F for this and we went from direct grill to indirect at the end to help finish the wings and prevent burning. Chef Jason
Thank you for saying the temps! So many videos miss that step

12mins cooking time? That’s nice. All other videos I have seen cooked for 40mins in indirect heat. I like your method since it’s faster
Thank you Ghost, for sure the hot and fast cook gives you some crispy wings. Thanks for watching, Chef Jason
its better to cook it low and slow--much more tender and juicy
Thank you, at least you gave me time and temperature for grilling wings!
Suscinct and exactly what I needed to know to get my wings going. Thank you for putting time stamps for navigation!
Wow. I really like the Chef's personality, energy and voice. Would love to see him cooking side by side with Guy Ferrara. Nice video.
Thanks Chef Jason. Just found your channel and you have so many great tips for grilling.

The oil does nice things to the skin for sure. glad you enjoyed some wings on the grill. Happy Cooking, Chef Jason
Go Ace!!
Why does he sounds like a Disney character that serves the villain of the movie ?
At first I assumed it was Guy Fieri!
Lmfao now that u mention it u ain’t lying 😂😂😂
He is absolutely stupid look his kitchen is so much messy stupid
It's his personality
Is the grill on!!! Where is the smoke????🤔
Hi Billy, the grill is on, what we didn't do is over oil them, so you're not seeing any flare ups. Chef Jason

Theres no other way to tell if they’re cooked?
Why does this guy almost sound like Xenoverse 2 Trunks?
Sad how I have to teach my self Bc my dad isn’t here to teach me
you’ll be okay

Thanks for the feedback! For rub and sauces it's as little or as much as you like!
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT LOL!
I bet they were really good
You sound like guy fieri.
Talking too fast, where are you filming from?
Hi There - Typically Jason films in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Sometimes he films at other Ace Hardware's on location.
Research and development 😂😂
Wings stuck to the grill and burned in 4 mins
sorry to hear that, our cooking temp was 500˚F for this and we went from direct grill to indirect at the end to help finish the wings and prevent burning. Chef Jason
