I somehow must have missed that 413 The Cure album, not sure why. Nice that you have assembled some New Years picks Tony🤘 i did find some good cassettes for my collection the other day!. But nothing worth showing yet.
@@AttackFromDownunda Thanks for watching Keith. I recommend checking out The Cure's 4:13 Dream. It's excellent. Nice that you found sone good cassettes.
Happy New Year Tony. Great choice with As I Lay Dying’s the Powerless Rise. That’s the one CD of As I Lay Dying I own. I know there’s the controversy with Tim Lambesis, but if you look past that the music is some of the best melodic metalcore out there. The Cure’s 4:13 Dream is a good album but really did like their new comeback album from last year Songs of a Lost World. Cheers and have a great 2025.
@@mindful2864 Thanks for watching! Yeah, I'm trying to separate the art from the artist. Even though, Tim Lambesis is a nut case and should be sent to a mental hospital. I'll admit As I Lay Dying's The Powerless Rise is a solid metalcore album. The Cure's 4:13 Dream is indeed a good album. I really enjoyed it. But Songs of a Lost World from last year was even better! Hope you have a great 2025 as well!
@tainted_lord87 Thank you Tony. It honestly sucks about Tim since AILD is one of my favorite childhood bands. The Cure is always consistently great and perfect for any mood, their new album was worth the wait.
My last CD Haul was mostly Death Metal Lita Ford - Stiletto Lamb of God - Wrath Therion - Symphony Masses (Ho Drakon, Ho Megas) Haematemesis - Unpleasant Experiment Cattle Decapitation - Terrasite Necrot - The Labyrinth Fleshcrawl - Into the Catacombs of Flesh Grave - Into the Grave incl Tremendous Pain 7" EP + Demos Skeletal Remains - The Entombment of Chaos
Nice one Tony, cool pickups. Don't know Nocturnal Hollow, they sound cool. I love the As I Lay Dying album, it's my favourite of theirs! My parents love The Cure, my mum actually recently bought their new one. We heard it during lunch last week! 😁🤘🏻
@@JoshKeech Happy New Year Josh! Thanks for watching! Nocturnal Hollow are definitely a band to check out if you love Dismember and Entombed. As I Lay Dying's The Powerless Rise is indeed a solid metalcore album. I was pleasantly surprised. Awesome to hear that your mom bought the new The Cure album. It's one of their best. Definitely worth the long wait. 😁
@tainted_lord87 You're welcome! Yeah I'll definitely have to check out some Nocturnal Hollow. Yep, The powerless rise is an excellent album, I'm glad you enjoyed it so much. Yeah, mum loves The Cure, she really likes the new album too. I even thought it was cool! 😁🤘🏻
@@georgegsroomofrock9868 Thanks for watching George! I like to keep it diverse. I highly recommend checking out Nocturnal Hollow if you love HM-2 Death Metal. Happy New Year and hope you have a great 2025!
Yes that As I lay dying is good album. Though I think every album from them has something. Maybe latest album is weekest for my ears. That Sins of thy beloved sounded really promising. mr. Finglish
