- I finally found a calm morning between all the windy days and took out my kayak. The bonefish were randomly around, but I was able to find some hungry ones that wanted my flies. Once hooked, they took off like nobody's business! #bonefish #flyfishingforbonefish #lastcastadventures

What size fly rod would you suggest for bonefish and redfish?
I like to use 8wt fly rods, enough sensitivity to enjoy the fight but enough backbone if you get some bigger guys
