I don’t know how I lived through the 90s and 2000s without smelling this, but I’m super intrigued. I won’t let myself blind buy, but I’m going to send off for 4 samples. Original, Florale, and which other two?? I value the lavender and don’t want anything too sharp. Maybe Eau Fraiche...
Great video, a Chris. I used to love the OG, but never really bought anything else from this house since the fragrance industry is so inundated with scents that always appealed to me more. I have gotten my nose on Le Parfum though, and really like it. If I end up getting a bottle, that would probably be the one. Thanks for the great viddy!

Fleur the male got me into perfumery. I was totally obsessed with it after I got a sample and it was already out of the market.
I've been searching for it's substitute since then, and for that I've tried loads of neroli fragrances.

I love the original which has been recently promoted to my current signature. The second one I like is the latest, Le Parfum, which in my opinion is much better than Ultra Male, Essence and the spinoff Le Beau.

Few people say that about Le parfum over ultra male and I really like ultra.
I had a quick smell few days ago didn't think much of it,I'll have another smell again.
A tip for wearing le male if it doesn’t perform long enough for you, spray across and area not just directly on an area and spray twice. I noticed spraying twice will last all day for me but spraying once per area is not enough to stick all day.
I just went to my fragrance guy and he had 1 so I bought it today. I love it! I find it's a more refine version of the original. A little but more mysterious and alluring.

Where do you use it, do you use it n everyday life , like university or night outs parties , get togethers?
@@mrtechsoldiertm3280 i even use it at the gym man. You have to be careful, even half a spray is enough for the gym etc. İf you go out you can have 2 full sprays.
Dont overspray it, it is so powerful that you can get a hedache.
My second fragrance is Versace Eros Flame. Also very nice one. İts a little bit more mature.

Great video mate, I was rocking the original when it first came out but my Mom loved it so much, she kept pinching it to use on herself. It got so bad, I bought her a bottle, she still wears it today. I should get another bottle for myself, just put off by the performance, I did see 125ml for £40 the other day, so I think I will get it.

Great video Chris never knew there were so many I do love the new Le Parfum and should really revisit the OG I really enjoy the newer Le Beau opening but it then goes a bit dull

Le Male Aviator is so underrated IMO ... I have all this bottles (except in the Navy) and it's my favourite with Fleurs du Male. Not long lasting but the scent is just so delicate and amazing !
Just bought le male parfum.love it as it's a great compliment puller and stays on your skin for ages
I used to wear Le Male back around 1996. I wore it for going out to the pubs and the clubs. Id put it on a Saturday night, go out drinking, in the smoke filled pubs and clubs. It would overpower the smoke and on a sunday night, near 24 hours later, before getting in the shower to go to work, i could still smell le male on myself and my clothes. Nowadays, I put it on, i get wafts of it for about 4 hours maximum.
I'm stick with UTRA MALE this fall and winter I really like the pear and vanilla notes heck I can tell the ladies like it when I wear it at work.
I'm obsessed with it. That pear vanilla and cinnamon. omg so good. Only one I have and only one I smelled

I only have the original which I picked up recently after having it as a teenager when it was released. I will pick up Le Parfum, not sure I would use Ultra as my clubbing days are over. Great video, I had no idea there were so many flankers
i still wear Ultra Male even if i'm not going clubbing, if you like sweet you should still try it as it's very unique

Absolutely love the original, I've got quite an old good batch, so I'm using sparingly, I have ultra male and love that too, tried new parfum and definitely like it but I'll see if it comes down a it before I buy, cheers for great vid, atb Lee

I find the peak of me smelling Le male everywhere was about 12-15 years ago. Now I find it isnt worn as much...never the less I still have a bottle and a half in my collection lol

Essense de Parfum, Ultra male and Le beau 2019 are my favorites from this house.
I had the first version of Le Male, it was fresher and didn't have the bubble gum smell so strong. Le Male Summer version and the Le Male Le Parfum are very good. The Aviator is good to wear in warm countries, like in Brazil. Very nice review, greetings from Brazil.

@@yurinelson5690 Olá, infelizmente não sei dizer, pois ainda não tive a oportunidade de sentir esses dois perfumes. Tenho os decants do In the Navy e On Board. O JPG On Board é muito parecido com o Aviator, se tiver um não compensa ter o outro. O In the Navy é bem melhor.
@@marceloclemente7419 entendeu, faz um jeito de testar algum desses→popaye/supermen/airlines, são perfumes top, aqui no Brasil já usei o popaye, porém foi descontinuado, e o único que tem disponível e a versão airlines, por isso a dúvida, na vdd os gringos que testam esses perfumes antes de vim pro Brazil kkk

What is your opinion about the Christmas editions of Le Male? How would you rate them?
To me they project a little less than the OG
I was under the impression it was the same juice as regular Le Male. I haven't smelled it though.
I think we have pretty similar taste in frequencies based on this review. I got my eyes on you ;)

I go Le parfum, Cologne, essence, and original. All are great.

I have the original Jean Paul Gaultier, the Navy one, the ultra male one, and I got a Christmas one that the bottle have a red scarf. Jean Paul Gaultier, Dolce & gabanna the one, coach for men, the 360 collection of Perry Ellis, and Eros Versace are my favorite and my signature fragrances

My first partner always wore Le Male original. Boy to this day, smell it and its suddenly 1998 again! Think he still does from what i can gather when i speak to him!
There have been a lot of complaints in recent years over the original Le Male being reformulated into a weakened shadow of its former self. What is your view on this? Do you think the current version is still worth buying? Thanks
Totally still worth it but it's a slightly neutered version. It used to be stronger with a bit more "edge" to it.
Le Male is my signature. LOVE Terrible and was happy a friend gifted me a second bottle for my birthday bc I didn't realize it was discontinued. Just picked up Ultra and love it (though it makes me sad missing the clubs during covid times). I think based on this and other reviews online I'm going to blind purchase Le Parfum!

No question it's the original for me too. Ultra Male is good, Popeye is ok/good, I'm not as big of a fan of the Le Parfum as everyone else but it's solid. I did get intrigued by Terrible and Fleur from watching this though, havent smelled either. Thanks Chris
I smelt Fleur Du Male years ago, never bought it, knew it had been discontinued but didn’t know it was still easily available, checked online and bought it 👍🏻

The BEST what my lovely JPG ever did is JPG2 (Squared) unisex EDP...aaaaah...I can still smell it...hmmm...Again thank you for this, you made feel so happy that there is more people that like JPG and Fragrances of the world (well if I was shady I will say of France because...you know...😁)
I bought the Le Male today and although it’s about x3 less potent than the original I had it’s still in my view both a classic and a must. I didn’t enjoy the Le beau at all . Ultra male was amazing as well but went through it and impossible to find it

Really enjoyed this video. I don't know if anyone has gone through the entire Le Male line up like this. Sad that Fleur Du Male got discontinued years ago but luckily I recently got a bottle for a decent price (you got a way better deal than I did though!). I'm glad Perfume Parlour have an excellent interpretation of it to keep it alive. My favourite flanker of the Le Male series by far!!

I thought I was aware of most, if not all the flankers. but this is the first time (03:08) of seeing a White bottled JPG. My best thus far is LE BEAU.
Just picked up Le Beau a few weeks back. It gets as many compliments as Ultra Male, Le Parfum, and Scandal. I had a cute lady out her nose to my neck and inhale. Le Beau is underrated. The Coconut makes women go nuts.

JPG's Gaultier² is the most innovative scent est. 2004. Very sad it got discontinued. It inspired many successes such as Mont Blanc's LEGEND, Viktor & Rolf's SPICEBOMB

I have a 200ml of the original so I can spray every day, over spray or re apply over the day. Dumb reach fragrance that I use to save up on my other fragrances. Signature scent worthy.

Ultra Male could easily be marketed as woman's fragrance!
I also think UltraMale smells very feminine. I don't like it.
